ya, might give it a try sometime. Want to see the effects EOD has going from the 1x/week I was doing previous. I feel I am someone who benefits from more frequent dosing.

@moreReps21 hitting that cardio consistently is crucial. Even if it's 30 minutes or even if it's 5 minutes can really get a good workout and build up your heart health and conditioning that way. Keep it up.

The slin pins are a really nice benefit all on their own right. Sux having to harpoon yourself twice a week. I prefer pinning myself a few times a week way more.

Shaved off a few fats to keep it under the 4k for now, never needed to eat this much to grow. Last time i was 190+ and eating like 37-3800 kcals by the end. I'm for sure more 'active' this time around with the cardio and keeping busy during the days.

The scale is trending up so far it seems, holding at this number for a couple weeks and see if it keeps going.

Looks like it's creeping up pretty steadily. Looking at your last pics I can't really see any fat left to loose lol

We're you on test or anything before when you were 190lbs? I wouldn't doubt your metabolic rate is much higher now and you need to compensate for it. That's a good thing tho.

No, didn't take anything but the basic supps(creatine,fish oil..etc). I can definitely notice the test is changing how my body is running. My recovery has been night and day different. I used to get DOMS that would last the next day - 2+ days later. Now I get them in the morning next day and they're gone by the night(if they even stay that long).

I know they're not necessary for growing, but I kindof miss the constant muscle soreness I would have afterwards. Other than that strength has been improving and progressing so I'm happy where everything is at right now.

Haha I know exactly what you mean. If you wanna feel some major DOMs again just take a week off. I guarantee you'll feel it hard again that first week back. Or throwing in some intensity techniques like tempo lifting with pauses, pause reps sets to failure, those will light you up again I promise!!

The test was a game changer for me as well. I think it's especially helpful when you are truly low T going in. My metabolism kicked into overdrive again once I got my TRT dose dialed in. Eating was suddenly easy and losing fat and gaining muscle became the norm.

I think you're just going to have to keep tinkering with your macros to find that new balance you're looking for.

I've been doing 4 on 1 off for about a year or so now. pull/push/legs(+abs)/arms/rest > repeat. Big fan of it since starting. I originally started doing it to get a bit more focus on my arms. My previous split arms were usually added on to the end of my workouts, so wanted to give them abit more attention.

That being said I also really liked my previous split and had intentions to go back to it after a while of doing this one. Not sure if/when i will because I've really enjoyed being able to train more often. I'm not a fan of rest days although I know they're important...

prev. split was PPL r PP r - then continue the pattern( LPP r LP r / PLP r PL r ). And also really liked that one.

With your current setup, just watch for signs of overtraining with four days in a row. I think earlier on and when you are younger it shouldn't be an issue. I remember about six months after I started I went to Arnold's 6 day per week program which had crazy volume. I actually thrived on it for around a year. I think something that doesn't get mentioned much is that people newer to training can handle more (frequency and volume).

Ya you're right, I gotta watch for that. I'm definitely my own worst enemy when it comes to potentially overtraining or exerting more than I should. I feel it could catch up to me and should adjust. My stubborn self wants to keep listening to the devil on my shoulder and push till I cant.

@LevButlerov Been doing alot of looking into starting my first cycle. I'm thinking I may start it after my next bloodwork results(late December or start of January). Assuming everything is still looking ok.

I've went back and forth on only test, or test + eq. And I'm pretty sure I've settled on test + eq, simply for the fact I'd rather use EQ to help with E2 rather than immediately relying on an AI. Depending on what estradiol is sitting at when I do check, I think going with a 2:1 ratio and with dosing of 350mg / 175mg to start. Or maybe 350/150? any thoughts on this?

I think test EQ is your go to cycle, we can talk 350/150 it's a good dose and an oral, consider anavar or tbol @moreReps21

@moreReps21 Bros hell yeah. 40 minutes cardio is solid. That seemed to be a bit more than what you've been doing. Usually stick to 20 or 30 minutes it seems.

okay lets' see what happens when you drop the cals a bit. that will be a good sign @moreReps21 we want to see how it goes
 
do you feel like TRT works better for you EOD vs. weekly? seems like i see a lot of people microdosing @moreReps21 back in the day nobody microdosed
I'm feeling like it does so far. It could be a placebo type of deal idk, but when I did weekly I found my energy was super high first 2-3days then kind of normal up until the next dose. Now I have constant high energy throughout the weeks. Hopefully it keeps going..
