Closing Thoughts
This cutting cycle has been one hell of a journey — without a doubt, the best I’ve ever looked. My first cutting diet before carnivore taught me a lot, but this phase has shown me how far a different approach, proper structure, and real support can take things. It’s been the hardest I’ve ever pushed for leanness, and being able to share that journey with you all — and feel your support — has been something genuinely special.
I’ve mentioned before that throughout my bodybuilding journey, I’ve always done it alone. Friends and family don’t really understand the daily battles we face to keep improving ourselves. But with the EVO crew, I’ve found people who truly get it, and I thank God for that.
Now that this year of FIFO and another summer diet has wrapped up, I’ll be heading to Thailand for a much-needed, well-deserved reset.
21 days of coconuts, beaches, and Thai women.
I’ll be switching off from EVO and from dieting to recharge the mind and body.
When I’m back, I’ll be running a cruise at 175mg Test E for at least six months. Training will continue, and so will personal training logs, because I’ve learned how important it is to track progress. I won’t be pushing as hard — just maintaining, enjoying the process, and staying active in the EVO community whenever I can.
Looking ahead, 2026 will be a big year for work. I’ll be diving into rope access training and learning about NDT and weld testing to stack more tickets and level up the bank account (big bux).
Then come September, I’ll be back for another epic cut cycle log, and I can’t wait to share that journey with you all again.
Thank you all for the support, knowledge, and energy you bring. Keep being amazing, stay hungry, keep supporting eachother and most importantly never stop evolving.
Wish me luck
