Training and recovery update!!!

The goal for this off season is add as much mass as possible lol but mainly to quads and lats for a huge taper.

Training split
Monday - quads

Tuesday - chest/shoulders/tris

Wednesday - am back pm heavy squats and deads

Thursday - restttttt I’m dead by Thursday

Friday - quads and shoulders

Saturday - glutes and hamstrings

Sunday - back and shoulders

This is absolutely nasty. I’m incredibly sore every day. So recovery is top priority!!

Recovery
Everyday
Watch the sun come up
Red light therapy 30 mins pre training and 30 mins post training. If I don’t have time for two sessions I ensure I get the post training session in.
Sauna at opposite end of day to training
Meal timing is bang on for training energy and recovery.

Chiro 1 time a week
Massage 1 time a week

Bpc/tb/ghk/ hgh
For shoulder healing but also for recovery.
All taken at night time before bed.

I get 7-8 hours of sleep every night. If it’s 7 or under I try and schedule in a nap in the afternoon otherwise the doms just takes a bit longer than normal and atm I’m really just recovering in time.

We trying to push another 6 weeks at this pace then a little deload.

Recovery is a full time job. But I’m determined to grow so it’s a must so I can keep up the training intensity and avoid injury!

Sorry for the quiet. Last couple weeks have been rather hectic. Clients competing, me pushing and I’m so close to signing the dotted line to open a bb gym. Apologies.

Physique and protocol update!

We started a push 3 weeks ago!
Bodyweight is stable at 83kgs. Ever so slightly increasing each week.
We did two weeks at 60mg Masteron and last week we layered in 40mg of primo. Yes I luckily had some primo left but after that we all out.
We have kept the peptide push of hgh 4iu a day and insulin 8iu before and after training!

We are growing!!!
And best staying in fairly good condition!

I have been dancing around a torn supra in shoulder for the last two years. It falters up every now and again so we have decided to take shoulders completely out of training for 8 weeks and fix it!

Holding 83 kgs steady while pushing with masteron, primo, hgh and insulin shows the food is being put to work without spilling over, that’s a good sign. Smart move pulling shoulders for 8 weeks to let that supra finally heal, the tb500, bpc157 and ghk combo should give it a real shot at recovery. Once it’s right you’ll regain that size fast, and running the push through October gives plenty of runway to grow while staying in condition. I have been in Vegas the last 2.5 weeks putting clients on stage at amateur Olympia and taking in alll the energy and vibes watching Olympia and meeting other athletes too.

Current phase
Week 6 of 8 week push

I got a Dexa just before I left and it shows that in the last 14 weeks I have put on 5.2 kgs of lean mass. Mostly in the legs. So that’s perfect we know the training and supplements are working perfectly.

You're obviously leading by example with your clients and it's an honour to have someone involved with the Mr. O 2026 already planning things out.

Your physique is incredible I haven't seen that kind of size with leanness on a female that often especially at 40 yrs old. Legs/Glutes are a mutant DNA freakshow, great work you look amazing!
