Bros, you are lucky. This is some good-looking stuff. This Glow stuff's supposed to be really good. It comes in a cool color, too.

This is a really nice touchdown. I like how they include the temperature that you're supposed to keep the growth hormone at. More sources should do that because a lot of people waste their growth hormone.

Confessional booth: 🙏
  • I fucked up. A few nights ago I was asked by a member on EVO why I posted something I did on someone's log. I blew a gasket and got so defensive I crossed the line and went into a verbal tirade and even made it personal toward him and it reminded me of my old days struggling with triggers and O/S and it was immature, way overboard and uncalled for. I was wrong and I found out some new triggers and something that needs to never happen again especially given how much I respect EVO TOS and what EVO has added to my life.
  • I've apologized to management and to those affected and am making an indirect amends to this member (who rightfully we've parted ways for now to cool off) by trying to take action so it doesn't happen again and it will not. This means, being kinder online and being aware that online triggers are something I was unaware existed including hurting someone with my choice of words used online. Having things squared away in real life doesn't mean you have things in check online.
  • This is no excuse nor the cause however as a proactive measure I am removing the TrenA from my cycle. I have spoken with my sponsor, my psychiatrist, my psychologist and had a really long talk with @LevButlerov who has always been there for me in good times and in bad and all has been sorted out about the what, why and how.
  • Sincere apologies for letting out something that used to be useful to me in a setting where it was entirely uncalled for and not useful at all.
  • Moral of the story: No matter how far you've come always be aware that you can still fall. If you fall 7 times then stand up 8 times and admit you can fuck up so that you don't become a "fuckup". Take a daily inventory of your actions and when you are wrong, promptly admit and take action to make certain it doesn't happen again.
  • If anyone needs to reach out and is struggling with these issues I am here to discuss how I can relate and what has worked for me over the years to continue to grow and learn from those times in which we fuck up.

yes this was a big things, it's important you open up about it and clearly go through it in your mind.
I've apologized to management and to those affected and am making an indirect amends to this member (who rightfully we've parted ways for now to cool off) by trying to take action so it doesn't happen again and it will not. SLUPP332 is hydrophobic so BAC water will not dissolve it properly, and DMSO can carry contaminants and irritate tissue so I would not inject a homebrew DMSO mix.
DMSO should only be topical imo, why not use it transdermal? mix in dmso and use it topically, it will smell bad like garlic due to dmso but will be safer than injecting it.

Questions/Comments:
- Biogenix Pharma @biogenix has sponsored my SLU-PP332 for this log. What are your thoughts on using DMSO to reconstitute the puck for injection. I've read some articles indicating SLU is hydrophobic and isn't soluble in BAC water
Well brother to say I was not expecting this log is a huge understatement.
What I will say is that it shows the true character of a person to understand themselves, their shortcomings if they arise and balls to say they are wrong if they are.
I have the utmost respect for you and this particular log entry as it would have been incredibly difficult to write knowing it would leave yourself wide open with its content.
This type of entry makes me proud to call you a brother.
The rest of the log isn't bad either legend.
Love that those meds are coming down, that is so very cool.
All the Evo Family love I can send your way to 🩵

Nice update mate.

I like you confessional booth. The big thing is you were able to reflect on it straight away, realise you'd fucked up and then act immediately to make up for it.

Meals are looking really good. Hitting some serious carbs there now.

A little bit of cats fine, ive heard its a lean meat. Lol
They certainly do make an effort to keep their arses clean I'll give them that. Otherwise I never really could connect with a cat, but the clean arse I respect.

Fuck this made me laugh out loud in the lunch rooms 🤣🤣
@Allupfromhere
Ok I might be on to something here. In consultation with @Shakey the verdict is in and it's a go on cat meat during a zombie apocalypse when gains and hypertrophy are still the priority! Mitochondrial function via peptides may suffer but no need to lose muscle mass after a nuclear attack either!

For actual cat meat (raw, lean, estimated) — there’s no official USDA entry, but based on mammalian muscle tissue comparisons (rabbit/lean pork/small game), the rough average per 100 g would be:

Calories: ~120–130 kcal
Protein: ~20–22 g
Fat: ~3–5 g
Carbs: 0 g

It's just mince though right. Seems a reasonable way to package it for export. Packaging looks fairly legit. But yeah... It does look like what you see in the pet food aisle.
Ya it's mince. I'm thawing it out in the fridge for tomorrow... I'll be sure and throw up some feedback here haha.

Catching up now.
Amazing work coming forward about your issue with another person and apologising.
Unfortunately Tren isn't for everyone.
Food looks good as always.
Let us know how the lamb went. It's a bit high in fats for me 😩

It might be cat mince but I'll let you know for sure bro! Either way macro profile for both are fine with me :p

As promised here is the post workout ground lamb. Doesn’t appear to be cat meat after all! Phew.

love it :D and I wouldn't know what cat meat looks like :P @HarleyGuy (or would I? :P)
it actually looks very nice, lamb and sweet potato right? or is that a yam? too small for Yam seems. perfect combo btw!
but you know whats missing? Cholula! @MarkNV your thoughts? :D

Yo yo yo yo!! Ground lamb!!! That is the shit!!
Now that potato, I love me some sweet potato but that looks YIKES!! Old school grub!!
Okay, I would split that potato when it is hot, put some butta in it and pile that lamb on and make lamb stuffed sweet potato and of course CHOLULA!!
Gotta make it moist with the butta

:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:Haha bro I literally made an effort on presentation there too that's about as good as it gets with me. I'm trying to up my food porn game but in general I slam the food on my plate, no care about where it lands or spices and I just put it into my stomach. I get no joy from food and it's purely functional LOL. You must know all about eating MRE's and thinking beef jerky or granola was a treat haha... some end up scarred and never enjoy food again and some become chef's like you and appreciate what they missed out on. I guess I'm the former.

I'm scarred Mark I need a hug LOL. :LOL::p

Come here buddy, I will give you that hug. It is a beautiful lovely sweet potato!!!
The only joy that comes with an MRE is the 50 year old Tabasco Sauce that kills all bacteria, flavor, mold and anything else that might be attached to it, living or otherwise!!
Jay Cutler looks at food the same way, just fuel. I admire how you guys can do that.
Just wait and see the flavorless shit I will be putting up soon
I love you brother

Questions/Comments:
- Biogenix Pharma @biogenix has sponsored my SLU-PP332 for this log. What are your thoughts on using DMSO to reconstitute the puck for injection. I've read some articles indicating SLU is hydrophobic and isn't soluble in BAC water
We're all human, bro. Being accountable is massive, so good for you. You've done a lot of good in this group, which should be kept in mind.

Thanks @Mobster, gone are the days of 600+g protein with 3 steaks and no carbs LOL... definitely loving the more typical approach now.
I bet your pumps are insane with the carbs!

Did you grind the lamb?

I like that you have TWO ingredients
The simpler the better
I have 3 ingredients in post lift breakfast.
So much cleaner with fewer things.

As promised here is the post workout ground lamb. Doesn’t appear to be cat meat after all! Phew.

@HarleyGuy the only thing I don't like is your eating a lamb. That's a baby. I think that's a baby goat. I'm not an expert on animals. I don't agree with eating babies; that's my thing.

Lamb is sheep under 1 year.
Hogget is sheep 1-2 years.
Mutton is sheep 2-3 years.

I hunt and fish, i never take anything young or undersized, it aint right. But meat in store is already processed so im fine with that. Thats my policy anyways.

I cut one end of the tube and shit it into the pan with some macadamia nut oil and voila! I wash the sweet potato and poke holes in it and nuke it for 5 minutes and done. No added salt or spices, just eat it right there at the counter, put plate in dishwasher and off I go. I don't even sit down to make it a 'nice meal' experience usually :ROFLMAO:

Even in my 2025 log.... 3 steaks and brocolli... from BBQ to plate to counter, muck it down, plate to dishwasher and done. Eating for me is just 'something to get done' no matter the size of the meal or how hard it is to get done I pay no attention to the feelings about it LOL

What are those little things on the plate, some type of herbals? Is that oregano or rosemary maybe? @HarleyGuy
Ahhh you noticed that!! I thought I'd try and make my meals look a little more pretty based on the insane food porn pics on here so I added some dill weed. I'm a huge fan of dill weed and sometimes put it on my 500g of egg whites.

Nice job man. The protein and the sweet potato next to each other is really good. @HarleyGuy I would have added a piece of pineapple as well to help digestion.
I've been seeing this in a lot of logs lately I'll buy one next time I'm out, good idea!

Jeez that was a buzzkill ... not sure about lamb anymore maybe I'll try cat LOL

Bros, this is a simple meal for sure. How are you cooking up the sweet potato? You pop it in the microwave or you boil it? @HarleyGuy
Take an ice pick... stab the shit out of it after washing it.... wrap it in paper towel and wet the paper towel and put it on a paper plate in microwave for 5 mins... when you take the wet paper towel off the potato is super hot and it's soft and delicious. In the pic it might look like a raw potato but it's actually really soft and cooked, if you look close you'll see where I stabbed it .... very therapeutic LOL

I've never seen anything but lamb for sale but I've heard of mutton chops.

This is interesting I never knew this. Sorry if it seems harsh but I'll eat lamb, it's already dead anyway. Would I kill a baby lamb to eat it? Probably not unless a zombie apocalypse.

Thanks for the latest series of how to cook a tube of lamb, laughed my arse off.
Highlight being the "buzzkill, might try cat" line.
Thanks needed that today 🩵

Nah its not bro, lambs a personal favourite of mine anyway. Baby sheep just tastes so good. Lol. Anything for sale dead already is okay in my books.

I more or less only meant hunting younger game or taking home undersized fish. Like moose calf tags. I wouldnt go for a calf moose unless the meat was sorely needed. (Avg 100-140lbs of deboned meat of a calf)

Though i am okay with the calf tag draw still, might seem harsh but conservation and herd health are more important than people realize.

Bros, I didn't even think of wiping it down with a paper towel. That's a good trick.

Ya man, wet the sweet potato under running water. Take paper towel and wrap it, then put it under the faucet so the paper towel too gets pretty damp. The humidity it creates and steam really softens it up super well especially if you poke a lot of holes in it. Try and let me know bro!

For two sweet potatoes you go 7 mins, for 3 you go 9, and so on.

Tonight was due for a weekly log update gang... but had a family meeting with my lovely HarleyGirl and my 3 precious stepchildren that lasted until 11pm regarding some issues with their Father and some changes in his access the kids want. It was a really productive and wholesome family meeting.

But do not fret, weekly log update will be posted tomorrow including first impressions of @biogenix gear and peptides and some new fun pics with a new confessional booth (a way less dramatic one haha).

Heavy topics tonight as a Stepdad to 3 (and Father of 4) of a beautiful family and grateful for it all. Such is life as a parent who balances family, work, EVO and personal fitness/training/longevity. See you's tomorrow, HarleyGuy out.

Honestly never tried it before but I might give it a shot next time out at the store.

It's a nice little taste of pickle without all the salt and vinegar, goes great on eggs too.

Bros, I was watching video and they wiped down the steak with a paper towel to dry it out. I didn't even think about that.

Let us know how it goes. It contains a compound which helps break down food.
Bro! Holy damn i noticed this made a difference **see pic**. I’m doing up my weekly log update later tonight and I’m going to include this pic in the update and start adding pineapple! I haven’t had it in years maybe a decade and it was super acidic but it really helped!

Ya bro when I absolutely have to eat pizza for example (haven’t in years) I’d do this with a paper towel on top and watch all the grease soak into the paper towel.

With sweet potatoes the wet paper towels they’re wrapped in makes them almost like a mash it’s awesome.

Yes bro do it! Pineapple with psyllium and ACV is now the holy trinity. Throw in some probiotics and it’s the GOAT stack.

Steak and pineapple? 💪
I have zero emotion about food LOL... I'll pair anything together if it will digest. I make a rice and protein powder porridge in the morning sometimes instead of oats! LOL

Your Log is incredibly detailed and in depth. Gives me something to work toward in my log. Nice work. 204 lbs at 5'9 and 14& bf is yuge mate. My end goal is 200 to 220lbs at 13 to.15%

Couple of q's:

How are you finding the proviron? Have you noticed an endurance increase?

Like the choice of Tren A. Shorter ester for Tren is what I would do to. Have you used Tren before?

When you were serving as a lawman, were you on AAS?

Dx 2019 Heart Failure - reduced ejection fraction (in remission) Update: ❤️‍🩹
  • ECG w/ contrast on Wednesday 14Jan - results and pics (if possible) to be included in log when available
  • Still awaiting call from cardiologist to discuss results

Gyno Update: 🐫
  • Had ultrasound of chest - still awaiting appt. with Doc to discuss options

Fun pics included today: 📸
  • My daily pin routine
  • Bodyweight landing at exactly 200.0lbs with BF% down
  • Upper body progress pic with body fat dropping

Confessional booth: 🙏
  • I was overdoing it with the preworkout Anavar. Was taking 20mg preworkout sublingual and BP once home after workout was 150+/80+. Reduced this to 10mg preworkout and BP stabilized
  • I missed a couple ED microdoses and had to double up one night. I'll be preloading 3 days in advance and am not worried about preloading as none of my oils have EO in it to compromise the plunger.

TRAINING:💪

Legs:
Squats:
bodyweight warmup form and bloodflow
1 set with 2 plates (225lbs) x 8
1 set with 1 plate and a 25 (185lbs) x 10
3 sets with 1 plate (135lbs) x 16,15,12 (RIR 1 - with spotter)

Seated quad extension:
3 sets each to concentric failure

Seated calf raise machine
4 sets to failure using two plates
2-3 reps of partials after each failed set

Biceps:
Standing ez-bar curl
3 sets 70lb x 15,15,15
1 set DROP SET (after 3rd set above) of 50lbs to failure

Preacher curl machine
3 sets of pin at "6" (whatever that is) x 20
2 sets of forced negatives x 5 (I look like an idiot using my whole body to get the concentric up but the negative feels awesome)

Core:
Crunches
5 sets to failure with a 30lb dumbbell on chest

Cardio:
None today

Training comments:

  • Mind/Muscle connection to right pec has been way off. Been pinning my right lower tricep with KLOW due to slight strain during overhead behind neck dumbbell raises (too heavy). Left pec gets hard and pumped during chest training and right pec does not. More details to come but just did 30 pushups now and right got hard so hopefully was just a minor tweak for the week.

How are you finding the proviron? Have you noticed an endurance increase?
Proviron is amazing. I will be taking ED for life. It lowers SHBG and increases your FreeT without any 'tax' you have to pay on the body. They are also like little horny pills. Haven't noticed any endurance increase like I have with Tbol for example.

Like the choice of Tren A. Shorter ester for Tren is what I would do to. Have you used Tren before?
I've done all types of Tren dating back to 2015. Hex, Enanth, Ace... over the years the only way I'd do it now is TrenA microdose ED.
When you were serving as a lawman, were you on AAS?
Oh fuck ya bud! My whole team was :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::cool::cool:

Dx 2014 Operator Syndrome - continued to operate until 2019 (lifelong therapy)
Plan still is to titrate off all that is unnecessary

  • Furosemide 20mg qhs (heart)
  • Entresto bid= sacubitril/valsartan 49mg/51mg (heart)
  • Eplerenone 25mg qam (heart)

  • Tadalafil 5mg qam (because it's covered under insurance and for gains LOL)
  • Sertraline(Zoloft) 200mg qhs (Operator Syndrome - anger) **reduced to 150mg qhs - plan with doc is to get off entirely**
  • Quetiapine(Seroquil) 25mg qhs (Operator Syndrome - calm down at night for sleep) **removed 09Jan - falling asleep fine**
  • Pantoprazole 40mg qam (stomach - this is an old Rx due to alcohol messing up my gut)

Woke up feeling fine and no issues. I will be trying this again tonight and moving down to 2.5mg valium to mitigate withdrawal for the upcoming week.

  • Food porn dishes & some meal prep

Prone hamstring curl:
3 sets each to concentric failure

Calves:

Thats awesome that you slept through the night with no meds. Do a good job reducing the Rx's. I read the sweet spot for reta is 4mg to 8mg, so i might cruise at 5mg for a bit.

Good workout and diet broski, keep er goin bud.

Rx Meds Comments:
  • Last night had one trial run of zero sleep meds = 0mg valium/diazepam, 0mg zopiclone (already removed), 0mg Seroquil/Quetiapine (already removed), 0mg Prazosin and I SLEPT THROUGH THE NIGHT! Woke up feeling fine and no issues. I will be trying this again tonight and moving down to 2.5mg valium to mitigate withdrawal for the upcoming week.
perfect! this means things are looking up

10mgs and stable bp is perfect!

Training comments:

  • Mind/Muscle connection to right pec has been way off. Been pinning my right lower tricep with KLOW due to slight strain during overhead behind neck dumbbell raises (too heavy). Left pec gets hard and pumped during chest training and right pec does not. More details to come but just did 30 pushups now and right got hard so hopefully was just a minor tweak for the week.
i see good volume :D but the right pec be careful
star massage gun on it and infrared lamp if you can

Biogenix Pharma gear comments/review so far:
  • MCT oil is arguably the most expensive carrier oil but you know where your money goes when you pin @biogenix gear. Smoothest pins I've ever felt. Zero PIP
  • Customer support and reply frequency is top notch
  • Packaging and labeling including Jano's relating back to batch numbers on labels are the best I've seen in Canada especially their GLOW and HGH.
  • My lot/batch # on @biogenix Masteron label matches back to their Jano tests here
  • Delivery turnover is next day or two business days - phenomenal
  • Anecdotal reviews of compounds:
    • Anavar is properly dosed based on just knowing what Anavar does to my blood pressure dosed at 20mg preworkout
    • MastP feels on point based on libido
    • Proviron feels on point also based on libido
    • TrenA feels on point based on the odd night sweats that occur
  • Bloodwork to follow end of February

Aromasin on hand - Bloodwork in February once I've been running Biogenix Pharma gear for at least 4 weeks.

Questions/Comments:
- I'm getting mixed research results and anecdotal reports about SLU-PP-332 reconstituted in BAC water if enough BAC water is used. Will be starting it in BAC water this week. Anyone have any feedback on injectable SLUPP? My fellow peptide enthusiasts like @Allupfromhere @LevButlerov and @R.AP may have some thoughts?
SLU-PP-332 does not dissolve properly in BAC water because it’s hydrophobic, so even if you add more BAC it tends to crash, separate, or stay uneven in solution. It looks very odd when water goes in.
basically injectable dosing becomes unreliable and risky, so its i would do tbh
do you have it in powder or in a vial?

Just couldn't do a 4 meal day like you do brother. I get full quickly and would never get through everything. It's why I have to have smaller meals and 8 of them.
Awesome update again legend. There is so much info I have to split your comments apart to.make sure I capture what I want to.
BTW totally agree with Proviron. Absolutely love this stuff. Has balanced everything just perfectly.🩵

See pic. Not sure what to do with this. I have pharma grade DMSO as well?

interesting to see how GHK works on loose skin
So far 5mg every morning right into the loose skin seems to slightly be 'plumping' it up so it's not so wrinkly and loose looking, if that makes sense. Pic below. Obliques are good, the Diastasis recti means I'll never have the middle vertical line but the horizontal rectus are present at least.

star massage gun on it and infrared lamp if you can
I'm on it. Next chest workout I'll report back, likely tomorrow.

200 is a good weight, lean, you look amazing!
Thanks, and of course due to body dysmorphia I see nothing but smallness LOL.

wow med system there slow

still waiting on this :D
Med system sucks because it's free for everyone so it's a waiting game; at this point I'm going to call and be the squeaky wheel.

perfect! this means things are looking up

good to see you're going off meds slow and reducing properly well done :D
None of my ambitions with my meds would be happening if it wasn't for EVO. It's truly been a gift finding EVO.

Thanks for all the great feedback bro. I like following your log and I've noticed you've been really active here on EVO helping our brothers out with some wisdom and encouragement. Keep up the great work!

Thanks brother. I have to say it just something I enjoy. I have lifted for soooooo very long and it literally has saved me.
Now being in a community of lifters it feels like home. If I can pass or encourage people to keep doing it, then one day they might feel that way to 🩵
