Man camp style housing on the drilling site. Just a bunch of single wide trailers basically. We setup a small gym in our safety trailer which i can cover most of the basics and keep a good workout in.

Hit legs today while I had a chance to go into town. The leg press show 167 as starting resistance but it didn't feel that heavy to me. I carried just plate weight on my app. But it that label was correct it was 620lbs. No squats today just machine work. Felt good though.

Been trying to work on some wider grip pull ups off and on through the day. Like the grease the groove method. To try to eventually increase reps.

I dont mind the machine training for legs, I have pretty much moved completely over to them, legs are growing better than ever

Yeah planet fitness. We are moving the rig about 20 minutes from it. So I am going to take advantage of being close to a gym.

I hate when machines and equipment are tied up. Not a huge fan of the smith machine but I guess it could work in a pinch. Maybe try some weighted lunges next time. @floridaman1984

Think im just going to have accept my torso isn't going to look like I want it to for probably another year. Give my skin time to keep tightening up. Not letting that dicourage my any though. If any thing I'll add on some size through the fall and winter to help it out.

@floridaman1984 the Aussies on here have those extremely tight waist. It's all about history of food intake. In America we grew up eating so many bad foods that we lost the ability to have those super tight waist so it takes that much more work to achieve it. That's why you don't see very many people our age who grew up in America with those tight waist. Just keep pushing for it. You can do it.

You've definitely come a long way so far. @floridaman1984 you've got to keep cutting body fat more and more. That's going to be the key to getting the physique you're looking for.

It's a never-ending grind. You've got to keep it going. Don't get discouraged at all. You've come a long way so far. I think if you lost another 2-3% body fat, you'd be amazed at the difference. @floridaman1984

Scale weight this morning is 224 slowly coming down. Glad to be able to see a small amount of the serratus anterior. Don't know how you guys can take good back pictures. But im pleased with the progress on it.

Off to do shoulders and arms today.

Scale weight this morning is 224 slowly coming down. Glad to be able to see a small amount of the serratus anterior. Don't know how you guys can take good back pictures. But im pleased with the progress on it.
