Thanks bro. The idea behind this cycle is a mock prep. If you ask any "gym bro" what steroids make you look hard dry and ripped, tren and mast will be their answer.

The ideas formulating for the next push up are multi layered, lots of things for specific reasons but it's all well down the line. Health phase first while gathering supply's 🖤🖤

Essentialy this meal is the wham bam micronutrient punch of the day. It's also my "heaviest meal of the day"

Timing is roughtly 2.5hrs pre workout and about 30mins post fasted walk/cardio

Only things not counted in my totals are my 2 second spray from my cooking oil (eggs meal only) and my eaas because that's 30-60cals a day depending on brand and I have 4 that I bounce between day by day

So every day I fast for aprox 12hrs, my final meal is around 7pm and my first is at around 7am.

Today we are going into how I break my fast why I've chosen what I have and all that.

One of my simple rules is KISS (keep it simple stupid)

This meal is post fasted walk (8k+)

175g vanilla youpro, why175? A 700g tub is 4.4 serves, "why not make is 4 and simplify things you need 3 tubs to get an extra serve"
50g of raspberries
Pinch of salt
1L coconut water

The break down
  • Calories: ~310 kcal
  • Protein: ~20 g
  • Carbs: ~53 g
  • Fat: ~0.7 g





Essentially the theory is light easy to digest first thing in the morning. This combination provides these benifits

✔ Muscle-sparing


✔ Electrolyte-restoring


✔ Low-stress on digestion

It's also quick simple and you don't have to think. 2 tubs dose 8 days, 1bag frozen raspberries(500g) is 10 days.

Originally when this log started I had stated I was trialing coconut water as I had never had it, could say it's definetly a staple now.

I did okay around with 0.5L or 0.75L then reminded myself keep it simple stupid.

The easier things are the more likely you are going to stick to it

If you ever have the chance to use thisView attachment 185037 it's the leg press I have at my local and the panatta equipment is phenomenal. There is a little pin on the slead to isolate each side and it feel fucking beautiful
That’s cool! WG are good with stocking panatta kit. I like their pendulum squat and plate loaded high row too

I have thoughts but test is too high how about 500mgs of test with 100mgs deca? and why not dbol why tbol? @Demon_throne

A 19nor, eq and tbol or dbol as an oral if needed or desired

He said nandrolone over tren for this one and tbol, more for the no water bloat from dbol as far as I gather, from my knowlage it's also cleaner and easier on the lipids as a whole, just like nando is over tren.

The reason as Decca over npp is I've used npp with no issues but have not used Decca

It's still a work in progress but that's where it's at so far it's also well over a month away at a minimum so heaps of time to plan and fine tune

So in gainsmans eyes tbol will be the better option long term, 4 weeks at the start 4 weeks at the end. Less toxic on the liver. Meaning I can remain on and healither for longer before needing another health phase

I think the 2nd cycle before prep will involve dbol.

Big lean push (next cycle)

Blow the fuck up fully (cycle after)

And if there is enough time a refinement cycle before prep

That's looking like our 12 month plan by the conversations we have had
 
Exactly right man I’m in the same boat, it’s hard to justify stocking up on at that price
I mean maybe grab one every other month and I'll be set for prep but if process drop I'll feel like an idiot. Things are improving slowly it's just not all pipelines are flowing from the factory's according to rumours

Next cycle, plan is Test, Decca, eq, Tbol, higher dosage gh, insulin and the Mito stuff and a couple of other peps
Nice similar to my last year, but ran proviron whole cycle. I have used Tbol before didn’t mind it think it’s a good choice and less sides to worry about.

That's what coach basically said and with the selections I should not look too watery.

Tho that cycle will be at least 6 weeks after this one ends
 
So in gainsmans eyes tbol will be the better option long term, 4 weeks at the start 4 weeks at the end. Less toxic on the liver. Meaning I can remain on and healither for longer before needing another health phase

I think the 2nd cycle before prep will involve dbol.

Big lean push (next cycle)

Blow the fuck up fully (cycle after)

And if there is enough time a refinement cycle before prep

It's rather popular around where I live, sweet like the American ones but with out the unnessecary carbs.

I'm sure some of you are wondering what's ahead. Well when gains calls an end to the cut my current cycle ends even if it's a few weeks earlier then I had planned. That way reverse and health phase still line up.

How do you rate that farm fed flavour? I’ve tried a few of the others and wasn’t too impressed based on the price point. Had a bit of a chemical-y aftertaste & a little too sweet for my liking. But maybe the chocolate flavours are better 😊

We might end up starting it on 400test and 100decca and eq with tbol on traning days after week 6

Slowly escalate push this first growth for hopefully 20+ weeks if things go well before a health phase where after that we will probably pivot the traning and anabolic selections to have me ready for prep in 15months. (So 15months to pack as much quality mass as I can)

Food will be the primary driver 🖤

Honestly a 7/10 it's good but I would much rather a nice caramel ice cream flavour or something that feels more naughty

make that 50 grams protein next time :D
 
50 grams of whey to 50g of cornflakes is not a good ratio for texture, might be different on milk but I essentialy make a whey drip then basically add the same amount of water again
I used to make a shake in the shaker (whey and water or almond milk) and pour it over cereal like ‘milk’ best if you have a vanilla type flavour :)

Weight did jump up after weigh in last week but I believe that's due to creatine saturation as nothing had changed

Protocol Adjustments



• Slu has been increased increased to 3mg daily and will be increasing further

My other half is a natural body builder and is currently 10 weeks out, so you could say prep brain is in full swing.

Bitch has been streaking my chicken instead of cooking her own 👀👀👀.

Her competition year this year.

Season A NBA Sydney, NBA nationals(qld) and possibly season B Ifbb (natural) nsw

So household responsibilities are falling more onto me but it's her turn when I go into prep
 
Big growth season planned post cut to provide the best package I can 🖤 I think after the cut/ gylcogen refill we are aiming for about 0.2kg a week to keep it lean.

If all goes to plan 5+kg of lean mass before prep kicks off
