Meals with demon day2
So every day I fast for aprox 12hrs, my final meal is around 7pm and my first is at around 7am.
Today we are going into how I break my fast why I've chosen what I have and all that.

Meal 1
One of my simple rules is
KISS (keep it simple stupid)
This meal is post fasted walk (8k+)
175g vanilla youpro, why175? A 700g tub is 4.4 serves, "why not make is 4 and simplify things you need 3 tubs to get an extra serve"
50g of raspberries
Pinch of salt
1L coconut water
The break down
- Calories: ~310 kcal
- Protein: ~20 g
- Carbs: ~53 g
- Fat: ~0.7 g
Essentially the theory is light easy to digest first thing in the morning. This combination provides these benifits
✔ Muscle-sparing
✔ Electrolyte-restoring
✔ Low-stress on digestion
It's also quick simple and you don't have to think. 2 tubs dose 8 days, 1bag frozen raspberries(500g) is 10 days.
Originally when this log started I had stated I was trialing coconut water as I had never had it, could say it's definetly a staple now.
I did okay around with 0.5L or 0.75L then reminded myself keep it simple stupid.
The easier things are the more likely you are going to stick to it
