After 1 year of cycling I am back and transformed. Started out “Natty” on zero TRT and a 10 year hiatus from touching any steroid cycle. The journey was mind bending.

January 2025 300 test

January 2025 - February 2025 400 test/400 primo stopped cycle because of AC joint injury

April 2025 - June 2025 200 Test / 600mg primo/3iu hgh: This felt like a waste at the time but it got me lean enough to properly grow after this cut and push test higher.

July 2025 - September 2025: 600 -750 test 300 primo 3iu-4iu hgh, attempted to push up test higher but would get gyno around 750

Dec 2025 Febuary 2026:

This is my most recent cycle and has been hell. Test 750/ deca 500/primo 500/ d bol 25/ hgh 6iu /caber/ aromasin 1mg everyday other day.

Resulted in hot sweats all night and gyno by day 15 had to stop everything but kept primo at 500 and started aromasin 1mg everyday then nolvadex at 80mg for 4 days then down to 40mg for a week to reverse gyno.

I added my 750 test back in then to go nuclear I decided no gyno shall survive and without ever trying EQ front loaded 1 gram then started 500mgs a week. Lol the anxiety was immediately unbearable no amount of anything could help so I stopped that after a month.

Then on February 2026 I decided TEST IS BEST… so I upped my testosterone to 1250mgs a week with HGH at 5ius.

Now I am making great progress and feel amazing. Wish I would have kept things simpler the whole time and stuck to the basics.

I posted the only bad part of my blood work everything else is in range. Just waiting on IGF1, total test, free test, and estrodiol.

That’s a pretty good cycle do you ever have issues with HCT from the Eq combined with high test or anxiety?

Also what do you notice at 10iu HGH VS 5iu HGH, I haven’t consistently ran 10iu ever but tried it a couple times to see if my hands would go numb 😂.

Sounds like you went through some shit to land on the 'test is best' route I hope this continues to work best for you.

Waiting on those bloods, they are the important ones. Your IGF1 should be good without your e2 as nuked as it was most recently, I'm hoping.

No never had an issue with HCT. Seen a bit of bloodwork. Never seen it raise it very much. If you stay well hydrated

@Mad-Scientist it's funny because usually guys will complain about numbing in the hands from carpal tunnel from the growth hormone but they're running much less than 10 IU. I find it interesting that you have to run that much to get those side effects.

@Mad-Scientist really good job on this. You take us through the whole year and then we get to where we're at now. I like the stack that you're putting together. It's aggressive but there's a reason for it.

Looking forward to seeing the rest of your blood work. You don't see too many people testing IGF-1 so this would be a cool little thing to see. @Mad-Scientist

I think there is a good chance my estrogen was not in the right range and my calories weren’t either to have the HGH covert to high IGF 1 levels in my body except during my bulking periods when I used higher testosterone. So I think the times I dosed HGH really high it didn’t have the right environment especially when on primo.

All though I can still take 10ius now with high estrogen and not feel hand numbness just extreme lethargy after a couple days which could be my ferritin or thyroid.

The Australians run the growth hormone so much higher, and you guys have different thyroid and different estrogen issues than the Americans

End result 1 year 2025-2026 190Lb to 218LB

I wasn’t going to show the first picture where I started from after getting sick and not following a bodybuilding lifestyle at all for about a year because it’s embarrassing but I want people to see the full transformation and see what is possible maybe it will help someone. My natural physique is my profile pic so you can see how bad of shape I started 2025 in 💀

Yes this entire cycle list is chaotic, and not designed well that is because I was usually changing things because of side effects and re learning how I responded to gear. I don’t recommend anything I did or how I did it.


After 1 year of cycling I am back and transformed. Started out “Natty” on zero TRT and a 10 year hiatus from touching any steroid cycle. The journey was mind bending.

January 2025 300 test

January 2025 - February 2025 400 test/400 primo stopped cycle because of AC joint injury

April 2025 - June 2025 200 Test / 600mg primo/3iu hgh: This felt like a waste at the time but it got me lean enough to properly grow after this cut and push test higher.

July 2025 - September 2025: 600 -750 test 300 primo 3iu-4iu hgh, attempted to push up test higher but would get gyno around 750

Dec 2025 Febuary 2026:

This is my most recent cycle and has been hell. Test 750/ deca 500/primo 500/ d bol 25/ hgh 6iu /caber/ aromasin 1mg everyday other day.

Resulted in hot sweats all night and gyno by day 15 had to stop everything but kept primo at 500 and started aromasin 1mg everyday then nolvadex at 80mg for 4 days then down to 40mg for a week to reverse gyno.

I added my 750 test back in then to go nuclear I decided no gyno shall survive and without ever trying EQ front loaded 1 gram then started 500mgs a week. Lol the anxiety was immediately unbearable no amount of anything could help so I stopped that after a month.

Then on February 2026 I decided TEST IS BEST… so I upped my testosterone to 1250mgs a week with HGH at 5ius.

Now I am making great progress and feel amazing. Wish I would have kept things simpler the whole time and stuck to the basics.

Strength has shot up I did 360lbs for 6 reps on the front delt shoulder press machine, 2 months ago I was hitting about 3 reps at 360.

I lowered my testosterone down to 1000mgs and injecting M/W/F instead of M/T. My estrogen was to high, acne was beginning to develop, and HCT/ferritin levels would have become an issue faster.

My goal right now is to keep pushing the bulk and gain another 5lbs-10lbs.

I am probably best with just continuing 1g of test but if HCT continues climbing higher then I’ll lower the test down to 500-600 and add in primo or deca, with anavar to continue the bulk without giving blood due to Ferritin being low.

I am probably averaging about 3,000- 3500 calories a day 200g of protein. I need to get better at tracking my calories. Eating is my biggest issue, followed by lack of key exercises I have little to no experience with barbell squats, deadlifts, t bar rows, free weight work, ect.

My back and legs are my weakest points I never really trained them beyond shitty machine work once every 2-3 weeks properly going all out.

I think I need to consume 4500 to 5000 calories of food a day even if only half is clean, and train more like Ronnie Coleman, Branch Warren, and Dorian Yates.

would be good to track a big, you able to use an app? I think 5000 cal is good but real one is the carbs how you doing on those? @Mad-Scientist

I use an app sometimes but need to start using it again, on carbs I’m probably around 250 a day
 
Okay I have decided to change my cycle up more because 1250mg test had me experiencing extreme lethargy I thought it was the gh.

1000 test still gave me everything I needed but felt like it added to much water and I want less shot volume.

No DHT compounds gave me a calm chill feeling like not even on cycle just happy about everything which killed some of my motivation 🤣. I need more of the DHT edge and a less watery look.

I have never taken Tren so I decided to add in Tren at 100mgs a week and slowly scale it up to a higher dose. I lowered test to 875mg a week.

So new cycle:

Hgh 5iu maybe 7-8iu on back or leg days. 875 test/ 100 Tren titrate up to 300 depending on side effects. I’m on day 3 and feel pretty good, libido is off the charts already.

High test over 1 gram is good but maybe used for a short period of time almost like an oral. I’d sleep through 16oz dark coffee and 25mgs of “adhd medication” on test that high the lethargy was intense.

I will focus on logging all meals, increasing calories, compound mass building exercises, and not going insane from Tren 😂

You havent tracked much so its hard to say with lethargy not even sure what your water or food intake is. can you actually start tracking something for us so we can help you? :D @Mad-Scientist

I use an app sometimes but need to start using it again, on carbs I’m probably around 250 a day
The wrong type and amount of carbs can lead to lethargy including timing. 250 carbs can be a lot different than even 300.

Try and post a full week of everything and this will help us help you. It's not always about the steroids dude it could be diet too.

Hey mate, my thoughts are you probably should work on the basics instead of just smashing as much gear as you can. You've said that you barely track food, don't know the basic exercises and don't hit your back properly.
