Good call-out. Now more than ever we have access to tools and equipment to make quality gear pretty much everywhere. No excuse for this hey

where did you get this Beligas from? @Idefineme what supplier

I don’t want to say as I’m sure they will take care of me very quickly. But a board approved and very trusted source. This one is on Beligas with some funky quality control or expired/weathered rubber stoppers.

I've used Beligas many times. I've never seen anything like this. And I use 18-gauge needles to draw oil.

Bros, are you being aggressive with the rubber stopper when you are drawing the oil? That could be what's happening.

You should definitely reach out to the source and show them this. Sounds like they had a bad rubber put in there.

Yes, They arrived like that sealed as stated in the original post. Opened all three after I saw rubber floating…

Beligas is a high-quality product so I'm not sure what's going on here. Doesn't make much sense to me.

The Beligas is one of my favorites for sure
you're saying every single vial has the same issue? That seems strange.

Is it difficult to see the pics of 3 vials all with the same issue? Delivered Friday, opened today.

Why do none of them have the plastic cap on? How come they have ALL had it removed? If they WAS contaminated as is you'd not have needed to remove the cap.

Support case advised to remove caps and send pics of the 3.
In the 2nd pic the one standing up has no visible damage to the top and it's also the one with no bits in.

I don't rep for Beligas but I have done my, as the phrase goes, research. Beligas is one of the few actual legit pharma companies. Pretty much everything else is (approved only) high standard UGL's. As a fellow member suggests above that makes it unlikely they'd f**k up. Not impossible of course. But statistically speaking and based of of 100's of millions of vials use daily worldwide for all kinds of medication they will not be having a high failure rate.

The most likely approved sources for selling this brand is either DS or Naps. In the case of Naps they do NOT dispatch the item. It's sent via a 3rd party. Ergo they rely on them to send out legit product. If sender does not then Naps drop them. Was there a way to verify that they WAS legit Beligas and not some fake version?

Can you screenshot (blur your info) the support case info?

It LOOKS like (again just MY opinion) a BIG gauge syringe has been jabbed through the bung. Not unheard of. Me thinking that way I'd have you send them back to be replaced. It'd make it easy for Beligas to do tests on the rubber and see if it's an issue for more products too.

As it stands, and this is purely a personal preference of mine, I'd still use the product. A narrow gauge syringe would NOT draw up those bits of rubber. If I didn't think it was contaminated with bacteria it'll be fine. You, of course, differ in that regard.

What part of delivered Friday, opened Sunday can some of you not comprehend? No needle was stuck in any vial. And zoom in, the vial standing has the rubber stopper puckered up like it’s ready to fall off. Like it or not brands fuk up and this is a clear cut example. Not even worth my time sharing but for reason I decided to. Take it for what it’s worth and hopefully your Beligas isn’t like this. lol

I asked for the support ticket. The one where they asked you to (and quoted previously by me) ''Support case advised to remove caps and send pics of the 3''. Not your order and tracking info

Thank you for that. Don't be too frustrated if I don't take everything at face value on a brand said by you I've heard nothing but good things about. It's called open and honest discussion which IS allowed here. I could tell my cock is made of gold... you might ask for more info to be sure

All done here. I’m sure my tiny order of 3 aren’t the only ones like this. Just fyi’ing people like it or not.
This beligas is from Napsgers I think by looking at the post, but it was shipped by a Beligas warehouse not napsgear themselves @Idefineme did you remove the caps?

He said he was told to. I asked to see the support info that said that but apparently he's all done here

Could possible take the tops off and use a filtered syringe to get the product out and transfer

Could but it’s not worth the risk to me. The source has already sent the information to Beligas and made me square just like we knew they would. Hopefully just a freak mishap with a small batch. Nothing I’ve ever encountered before!

It is super rare. Hence the questions
