Hello all,

For a little background info, I worked out consistently from the ages of 13-20 as an athlete. Fell into a really bad depression from 20-26 that kept me out of the gym (amongst other things), and I was just eating fast food twice a day with sodas and all that garbage.

In June 2023, I decided I needed to take control of my health while I was still young and had the free time to make the changes necessary. I had ballooned up to 260lb and felt awful 24/7. The initial changes I made weren't anything extreme or strict. I just implemented a routine of doing 10-minute walks after each meal, trained 3/4 times a week, prioritized protein in my diet, and replaced full sugar and high-calorie foods with as many zero-sugar/low-calorie foods as I could.

Fast forward a year and 3 months of consistency, and I had lost about 70 pounds. My love for the gym has returned in full force, and I was starting to get the itch to "full-send" pursue bodybuilding. There was a professional show locally, so I decided to attend to see what this all was about, and I was hooked immediately. I decided then and there, I would do the amateur show of this event the following year.

At that point, (pics 3-5) I decided to become enhanced, weighing about 195lb. The date of my first injection was Sept 7, 2024.
I started with 200mg test c per week, and slowly ramped up to 500mg per week with 200mg of masteron E to help keep estrogen low. I ran that for about 16 weeks.

At the end of January 2025, I was weighing about 210 and decided to hire my coach. My coach started me off with the following:

20 mins stairmaster 3x a week, 30 mins treadmill 3x week (3 speed, 10 incline)
10k steps per day, 15k sunday

100 Mast E
500mg l-carnitine
500mg Metformin
20mcg Clen

In April, we took our first diet break and added a 20mg dose of anavar on 4x/week on days I was working my weaker body parts. Test was raised slightly to 350mg, clen bumped to 40mcg. At this point, I had dropped 24 pounds from the beginning of February.

Started back in a deficit 2 weeks later, only thing that changed was the macros.

May 5th, we increased test to 450mg/week. This was peak dosing throughout the protocol. Cardio was also increased at this point.

3x/week 30 mins stairs, 3x/week 30 mins treadmill (15% incline, 3 speed).

May 13th, my macros changed.

June 1st I had a few changes. The diet became a bit harder for sure. I was about 187lb at the time.

Cardio - Stairs 4x/ week 40 mins, treadmill 2x/ week 30 mins (15% incline, 3 speed)

At this point, we decided to try Retatrutide at 2mg/week. The reta I left in throughout prep, increasing .5mg/week every 3 weeks up to 5mg/week total. We also increased masteron to 200mg/week.

By 6 weeks out of the first show, calories were in the toilet. Cardio was high, and I introduced tren a.

We increased the masteron to 450mg to match my test, left everything else the same, and introduced winstrol for the last 4 weeks leading into show 2 at 50mg per day. For my second show, we had a low of 161.2lb marking over 100lb of weight lost in my journey to to stage.

@satxbber nice job man. The cardio is looking terrific. Testosterone and masteron are amazing along with the VAR.

We increased the masteron to 450mg to match my test, left everything else the same, and introduced winstrol for the last 4 weeks leading into show 2 at 50mg per day. For my second show, we had a low of 161.2lb marking over 100lb of weight lost in my journey to to stage.
Testosterone and mast are really good together and so is var and I like the tren as well. One thing I would change is I would swap out the metformin and clen and I would add in retreated tride instead. @satxbber
 
Hello all,

For a little background info, I worked out consistently from the ages of 13-20 as an athlete. Fell into a really bad depression from 20-26 that kept me out of the gym (amongst other things), and I was just eating fast food twice a day with sodas and all that garbage.

In June 2023, I decided I needed to take control of my health while I was still young and had the free time to make the changes necessary. I had ballooned up to 260lb and felt awful 24/7. The initial changes I made weren't anything extreme or strict. I just implemented a routine of doing 10-minute walks after each meal, trained 3/4 times a week, prioritized protein in my diet, and replaced full sugar and high-calorie foods with as many zero-sugar/low-calorie foods as I could.

Fast forward a year and 3 months of consistency, and I had lost about 70 pounds. My love for the gym has returned in full force, and I was starting to get the itch to "full-send" pursue bodybuilding. There was a professional show locally, so I decided to attend to see what this all was about, and I was hooked immediately. I decided then and there, I would do the amateur show of this event the following year.

At that point, (pics 3-5) I decided to become enhanced, weighing about 195lb. The date of my first injection was Sept 7, 2024.
I started with 200mg test c per week, and slowly ramped up to 500mg per week with 200mg of masteron E to help keep estrogen low. I ran that for about 16 weeks.

At the end of January 2025, I was weighing about 210 and decided to hire my coach. My coach started me off with the following:

Ahhh very nice. I'm about to go up to 5mg myself. I can tolerate 4mg no problem so 5mg it is! It absolutely is kicking ass against both MK677 and EQ combined!

Well, GIP and GLP-1 blockers are great, and in this combo they’re absolutely amazing. Not only because of fewer side effects, but you still need to be careful, especially about one factor that’s worth knowing.


Specifically, it’s poor digestion of the rest of the stomach contents, which means it ends up in the intestines and they are doubly burdened. It’s good to add digestive enzymes, or supplements to increase bile production, for example Tudca 250 mg before the main meal — you can try doing that as well.

Ah, and I’ll take the opportunity to post our beauty :)

What do you eat that actually does have fats? I'd like to know more about your diet and try to incorporate some of your food choices in my own.

I was relieved to read this because I actually do this exact protocol around my meals. I never thought of taking the Tudca before a meal I will start throwing in a cap before my biggest meal which is usually meal #1 or #2. I run 7caps of N2Guard year round and do take extra Tudca so I'll start it before a meal now, thanks!

You’ll feel the difference after 1–2 weeks, and when you change the dose,


If constipation appears with Retty, I recommend psyllium husk, twice per meal.
This active fiber really works 🙂

Last bloodwork was a little bit ago, but I’ve always been a higher aromatizer. I think 450 test 450 mast I was in the low 100s e2. I even had a little bit of a gyno flare up until I started the asin.
 
Today was a non-training day for me but that doesn’t mean we skip the gym. I just went and tackled my cardio, gave myself a good 20 minute sauna sesh, and worked on my shoulder mobility. Things are going great as far as the growth phase is going.

What a great log here, those are very good substantial numbers, I'm so happy to see that you're not only doing what you love but also very happy in the process. Our individual happiness is so important, I mean we all deal with body dysmorphia, we all deal with our own individual battles so when one is happy it just helps to further elevate you. Going from 260lbs to now being around 200lbs is great! Keep going, stay healthy and know that you have a ton of support here brother. So how are you liking the TB500?? Also yes, the stair master and treadmill will get you RIGHT!!! Once it's around that time I'm doing about 40 minutes on the treadmill and also on the stair master, I HATE the stair master but it garners incredible results.

Last bloodwork was a little bit ago, but I’ve always been a higher aromatizer. I think 450 test 450 mast I was in the low 100s e2. I even had a little bit of a gyno flare up until I started the asin.

I landed on hard about 15 years ago playing football. The guy who tackled me landed in top iof me too. I never got an mri or anything, just an x-ray. It doesn’t give me any real issues, I just like to keep things mobile.
 
Today was a non-training day for me but that doesn’t mean we skip the gym. I just went and tackled my cardio, gave myself a good 20 minute sauna sesh, and worked on my shoulder mobility. Things are going great as far as the growth phase is going.

What a great log here, those are very good substantial numbers, I'm so happy to see that you're not only doing what you love but also very happy in the process. Our individual happiness is so important, I mean we all deal with body dysmorphia, we all deal with our own individual battles so when one is happy it just helps to further elevate you. Going from 260lbs to now being around 200lbs is great! Keep going, stay healthy and know that you have a ton of support here brother. So how are you liking the TB500?? Also yes, the stair master and treadmill will get you RIGHT!!! Once it's around that time I'm doing about 40 minutes on the treadmill and also on the stair master, I HATE the stair master but it garners incredible results.

I like doing the rows after so I can put a little more energy into my curls and rear delts. The single arm rows are alot more about getting the full stretch and a crazy contraction for me.

I see, I have a rib that separated when I was wrestling in school. Finished the turny in 1st and in pain. Still messing with me from time to time.
 
Oddly enough, I have been doing iso contractions on the left side and hitting it more and more. It seems to have faded into infrequently it coming out of position. I haven't worried about it since the last 2 years. Now its getting stronger 💪🏼 working it over. Same as mobility work on a shoulder or knee. Thank you brother ✌️

Thank you brother. I’m feeling great as of now. Got my estrogen more in check so the gyno flare up I had is essentially gone.
Bro, I've seen Ruff Diesel have this surgery done and a few others.

It typically involves removing excess glandular tissue, fat and occasionally loose skin to improve shape and symmetry. That way in the future estrogen won't cause that outcome. I dont know if I would go that route though, I haven't dealt with that it as of yet while experimenting.
