Strong leg day today. Same weight as last week on the squat rack but felt a tad bit easier.

Dropset on leg curls though, they kicked my ass. Couldn’t move for a few minutes after last set.

Added in a couple shoulder exercises and some shrugs and called it a day.

Thinking my weight has finally did what I call a swoosh. After who knows how long being around 180lbs, two days now it has registered 176lbs See if it holds!

BP holding steady at 118/76.

Not much to report. Just a chill Monday. Guys I think I’m down with the sickness. I literally can’t wait to go to sleep so I can wake up and go workout. Start of week 9.

At least you're getting good training in though. Your workout sessions are great. Getting to train with the wife is a big bonus too! I've been bugging my wife for years but she still won't take the plunge.

I got back early Thursday. My eating habits didn’t get back where they needed to be until Sunday because of this and that from Thursday to Saturday. Nothing crazy but not what I strive for.

Lol it is cool going with the wife but damn is she always lifting too fast. She does my workout so she’ll look at me and be like I’m done and I still have like another set or two to go. We swap equipment.

On a side note… NPP EQ and Tren are firing on all cylinders. Shoulders are rounding out and separating from the bis and tris. Vascularity is starting to pop from chest to shoulders. I’m liking it 😀

I’m damn near done with the Tren but think the NPP and EQ are gonna finish nicely!

Nice bro! NPP is the best imo. Feel like Superman on that stuff and like you said it really fills you out quick. Next time I run it I wanna do it with EQ like you and see how they pair for me

3rd time going with NPP and love it every time. Wanted to get away from pinning so much and am thinking of going with Deca on the bulk but it’s a little more water retention I hear and not as lean. Idk why change a good thing right.

What brand are you referring to? I’m just calling like it is. I’ve always been an avid para pharma guy with their injectables but might question their orals.

Even the Cialis doesn’t hit as hard but I am comparing that to prescription brand.
My Deca seems to be more potent at present with SCL. Won't be able to say on anything else as I haven't used most of them elsewhere. Just felt this one had a bit more pop to it 🩵

Yea I'd stick with the NPP personally. I've seen a lot of people like us say they get killer results from NPP but Deca doesn't quite hit the same. Vice versa as well. Maybe we're just short ester guys or somethn. An extra pin a week isn't the end of the world right if you're getting great results. No pain no gain lol

I’d hate to change it and regret it so yeah I’ll probably just stick with the NPP

Just wanted to follow up and say I do agree para pharma is a good brand and I have used their products now going on two years.

The reason for my comment on the orals wasn’t to throw shame but only to put that out there in case anyone else was thinking it but didn’t want to voice it.

I haven’t ventured out much from para pharma to truly know so it could just be my thoughts on the orals themselves.

Yo! With this weight flush I thought it may had just been the scale so I gave it a few days. Measured myself today and I’m down 1-1/2” on my belly but neck is the same.
Body fat calculator has me at 13.3% brother! That’s 4% in 8-9 weeks. Training diet and all this damn cardio you got me doing lol 🙌

Personally I'd worry less about the scale right now and more about body composition. That's why progress pics are so important for knowing if you're on the right track. In a lot of situations the scale is a false prophet if you catch my drift

I’m scheduled week 12 (currently just finishing week 9) but would like to wait till week 16 to start. That gets me my beach body just in time for Memorial Day lol.

I'm running 100 deca each week for my joints. My knees in particular are always a problem.

I've heard some guys don't get the same joint benefits from NPP as deca. Some do though. Personally when I was on NPP I didn't really feel any noticeable joint improvement.

Your guess is about as good as mine. In a lot of the podcast they talk about too much pump that your calves feel like they are going to explode when doing cardio.
That’s exactly what they felt like but my cycle hasn’t changed and that’s the first time feeling like that.

Pretty much 180 since December. I may have dropped a couple pounds but nothing crazy. It will probably balance back out.

Feel good but really can’t say I have issues with them. Right shoulder from time to time but that’s it. My only problem is this sciatica running down my left leg. Very painful! Question if the cardio is part of the problem but I’m still doing it.
Dunno if the deca would even help with sciatica.

If that's what the question was I'd suggest trying out different types of cardio and see what does flare up the sciatica. Ellipticals look fruity but it's about as low impact as you can get. Maybe a stationary bike or assault bike is you're sadist.

It helps I you get some riding shorts that have the taint protection pad built into them. I never ride without them

This is some alpha training at its finest. I like the heavy volume, especially on a leg day. Not bad at all. @Tankie

On Monday and Thursday I’m going to dial it back on the cardio. Not about being lazy just allowing rest for once. Also lets me cycle the carbs and keep my body guessing.

I use to not care as much for leg day and only did it because I knew it had to be done.

Now adays it just as satisfying as the push and pull days brother.
I think a lot of people feel that way. You do change as you get older.
