Hello fam, hope everyone is having a blessed weekend.
Let me stay of by saying this is my first log and I’m new to all of this. I am currently 32, 5”9 241lbs. I was on trt therapy for a few months at 140mg wk. I dumped them because they were way over priced so now I’m running test e at 500 mg week. Started noticing some muscle gain but I’m looking to cut a lot of the midsection weight lingering. I started Sermorelin last month and have dropped 17 lbs since which is great but seem to have hit a plateau. I’ve been doing some reading and was looking to start a cut cycle.
Test p 50 mg daily
Dhb 50 mg daily
Eq 600mg 1x weekly
Reta start at 1mg week.

Any suggestions? I would like to bulk and I cut but I don’t think that’s going to work right now so I figured focus on recomp and do my best in the process. I appreciate any feedback you guys can offer and I’m stoked to see what’s in store!

tbh 5'9 241lbs you need to cut first, and stacking test p, DHB, and EQ on top of 500 mg test is not a cut stack.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

well I stopped getting it from the clinic due to the expense and started getting it online. I have not yet gotten the Reta but was wondering if that was the way to go. I’m only worried about losing muscle mass on it if not pared with the eq or dhb .. but again I’m all ears.. and yes I will start the log here in a minute.

, it might be a good idea to start the RETA ahead of this cycle. This way you can get the side effects out of the way because usually the first couple months are the worst side effects then it's more smooth.

I'm not too familiar with DHB, but I know it's very similar to MAST. Back in the day, people used to use it.

the reta is fine at 1mg. But you're gonna wanna increase the dose gradually. A lot of guys are liking two to three milligrams a week.

Bros, recomposition the toughest thing to do in bodybuilding. You should definitely have your diet and your training on point first and foremost. What's your body fat right now? Can you post some pictures?

I think you'll do fine on this type of setup. Don't make it overly complicated though. Treat the DHB like it was masteron. run it similar 300-500mgs a week depending on how much hardening you want

Your cycle isn't appropriate for where you currently sitting at with weight and bodyfat % as that's not a cut cycle and your EQ is 4 times as high as it should be on 350mgs of TestP. Let's get you a log up and running so we can help you every day if you want. I think starting Reta ASAP will get things progressing again. Your current test dose at 500mg is high and I don't see any mention of an AI. Your estrogen levels are likely way too high.

Do you still want to have kids? I recommend becoming as learned as possible on steroids in this order:

  1. PCT (after steroid usage how can you come off in a healthy way to get your natural test, hormones and HPTA back up and running)
  2. Diet/Supps (we must see you have this dialed in with the proper macros, calories and supplements specific to your goal)
  3. Training (we need to make sure you're training is consistent and proper)
  4. Steroids (then, if you trust this forum which you should, we will get you squared away for a proper cycle suited and tailored to you)

When I first got blood work before starting trt my test level was 113.. I have posted blood work from November before I stated Arimidex. I had labs done in January but can’t find the results. Anybody know of a good local place to get labs with to script?

So here’s the thing the Reta would crush my appetite yeah? So I’d lose weight but would it be just as hard to keep muscle?

That’s why you’d be running slightly enhanced T levels. I tried Tirzepatide once and it didn’t kill my appetite since I started low. It definitely allowed me to stick to my macros / calories without all the added food noise.

this is really bad estrogen levels and really bad alt ast, not bad but REALLY bad @Ohsoo_Pumpedd and you need to stop the arimidex and switch to aromasin

Probably smart for me to throw out I’m a recovering addict with all ver 4 years clean, I did have hep c and I know forsure it did damage to my liver but I took the medication and it’s clear now but I guess they said if the damage was done then it is what it is..
 
I think running that amount of gear with your current avatar photo in mind is unwise. You would be better served running something like 200mg Test per week with Reta for about 6 months while you learn to cut the fat, train, and properly feed. Anabolics could then be considered to grow a physique worth enhancing.
I agree with that approach completely, for reference i am 5'11 i was 240lbs when i started my cutting phase. I can absolutely say more compounds and gear is not the answer at all it just complicates aspects and stresses the body out even further which is the opposite of what you want while cutting.

Ive been on just 250mg of testosterone 2mg of trizepitide one healing peptide and 1iu of growth hormone. I am already down 20lbs since starting.

Ive been doing everything simple tracking macros eating clean healthy food daily doing cardio and making sure im in a deficit. Having an injury current in my wrist i cant work upper body at all and im still leaning out and recomping really well with that limitation in place.

Its not the gear its the diet the willpower to get in better shape. I like your approach on this completely.

Your estrogen levels are likely way too high.
This doesn't come as a shock to me (your bloodwork). You need aromasin ASAP and N2Guard for your liver. You can get N2Guard here: https://www.needtobuildmuscle.com/cycle-support/n2guard/

Your bloodwork shows why a log is so important. Let's move this convo over to your log.
