Wassup, haven`t posted in a while. Tbh a lot has happened in the last 6 months and I kinda just forgot at one point. So back to me, I`m 21 and have been using PEDS since July of last year. i made some great progress till I got a nasty hamstring injury in december that knocked me out of training and optimal nutrition for 2 1/2 months. Really lost a lot of motivation but was always cruising around on 250-350mg test (injected as daily test p) and usually a couple of IUs Gh daily during that time ranging from 4-5 IUs daily. Now I`m back at my main location and hungry for radical progress and have started to loose the fat that I gathered during my Injury and already made great strength comebacks and gains during the past month. I will now up my dosage up to 80mgs of test p daily so around 560mgs weekly. I am also currently using 8IUs of GH daily and control my blood sugar multiple times throughout the day. I would say that I`m pretty educated on PEDs and their effects as well as side effects but always open to learn more. I am right now not in my best form but am making steady progress from the down phase I had.
I will document my progress step for step here including blood work, training, nutrition and daily form updates as well as Cycle changes. As you can see I`m using a lot of different supplements and medications in comparison to "only" the test and the GH but I use these ancillaries to make the most out of the cycle as well as keeping my health as good as possible. During my first cycle I tried some compounds for short periods of time like tren, anadrol, superdrol and anavar just so see how they were and from experience I can say it is good that I tried these because I know what I will never do again; TBH the strength gains and performance on 50mgs of Adrol for a week was intense but did not want my blood to literally explode. In addition , superdrol just felt nasty, instantly stronger but weird hardwired feeling and tren even at lower dosages just gave me insomnia and night sweats so I can throw that option forever in the bin; ( anavar is pretty clean tho and still a possible add on in the future).
Other medications/supps I use include:
- 18g Creatine daily (Capsules)
- 5mg Cialis in the morning + 5mg Pre Workout
- 2mg Dutasteride daily (saved my hair iswtg)
- 5mg oral Minoxidil daily
-40mg Telmisartane daily
-20mg Cardarine daily
-12,5mg Exemestane E2D
-120mcg Clenbuterol daily ( I started with 40, then 80 for a while and then 120, tolerating it extremely well and keeping check of resting heart rate etc; but important to mention that this was increased over the span of more than 5 weeks)
- 250 IU HCG twice a week ( keeping them boys alive)
-15mgs Mounjaro weekly (like it more than Reta, just feeling it better)
- 2mg GHK-Cu daily ( out of stock right now, will be re-added soon)
-20mgs Isotret daily (had problems with acne , this was a gamechanger)
- 2 caps Digestive Enzymes; 3g Omega-3 capsules; 1800mg NAC; 500mg GDA ( Glucose Disposal Agent, includes Berberine,etc.)
800mcg Chromium Picolinate, 400mcg K2, 5000IU Vitamine D3

I wanna add a personal note and shoutout @Raptor Labs , @Raptor Rep always great support, quick delivery and very good quality :D
( @Raptor Rep if u want to support an efficacious and extensive Log I`d be honored hehe; but eitherways keep it up with the good stuff)

I need to understand why a 21 year old does all this. Please explain.
Hey, I really do understand that question and gonna give you my personal answer. Although i am 21 years old I really am well educated on various PEDs and Supps and they really do interest me. I read a ton of studies, personal experiences and biological comparisons just because I want to continously gain more knowledge. But I am not primarily doing this as a "test" but as an enhancing protocol. When I started with 250mgs test e back in july my life literally changed. From fat and no muscles to really getting the spark and seeing the effects this dosage had on me. And I continued to learn more about nutrition training etc.. Best to say is that I have always been working with a coach and an independent doctor at my side to support me and my health. What I need to add is that I love bodybuilding; it is my passion and really I could not imagine a life without it. If everything goes well I would also like to compete one day but right now I`m just an (although young) adult who made a decision for himself and his body while at the same time adjusting every possible factor around it (that`s why the ancillaries are important).
I know that this could come over as exaggerating or self destructive but I believe the key difference to an eighteen year old using test and tren is that I confidently say that I know what I am doing atm (always learning more) and am aware of the longterm consequences (I have accepted being on trt my whole life and e.g. even froze some sperm just to be extra safe for later on).
Cheers though and wishing you the best.

Welcome back to the EVO family :D @ashsplash your 1st log dropped off
https://www.evolutionary.org/forums/threads/my-testosterone-and-hgh-cycle-journal.106330/
It shows us you're irresponsible and not ready to handle PEDs if you cant properly keep a log but since you're doing it anyways thats fine.

Lets start by actually updating us with your routine.

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Or use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.

supplements
Are you taking high doses Vitamin C?
how much creatine do you use ed?
what digestive supps you use?
digestive enzymes?
multis?
probiotics?
psyllium husk?

are you listening to our podcast? if not, you should:

@ashsplash how did you get a hamstring injury of all things? That is a very odd injury to get in weight training. It's something that sports athletes get quite commonly who are running at high speeds.

I have no doubt that you could be 40 years old and have no clue about this stuff. You do seem like a knowledgeable guy. Just be aware of the potential for permanent issues going forward. @ashsplash

Thank you bro, yeah will do!

@ashsplash how did you get a hamstring injury of all things? That is a very odd injury to get in weight training. It's something that sports athletes get quite commonly who are running at high speeds.
Actually you are spot on. I was running ocassionally and a friend of mine invited me to do some high intensity sprints with him and after the 3rd or fourth round `clack` and there went my hamstring. Couldn` t walk appropriately for some time and life felt quite miserable tbh. BUT I learned from it that I will never do sprints again haha, just way to high risk of injury for me.

Here my current training regime:

Push 1
Pull 1
Rest (Cardio)
Push 2
Pull 2
Rest (Cardio)
x(repeat)

On rest days I do 40 mins of stationary bike cardio(zwift bike, just goated) in the morning on empty stomach.
I also aim for a ton of steps right now and average about 23-25k steps daily.

🔵 PULL 1

  • 4 × Prime Preacher Curl (single arm, so 2 sets each)
  • 1 × Hammer Curl (Cable)
  • 2 × Reverse Fly (Machine)
  • 2 × Lat Pulldown (Cable)
  • 2 × Iso-Lateral Row (Machine) - (single arm, so 1 set each)
  • 2 × Standing Calf Raise (Machine)
  • 1 × Bent Over Row (Barbell)
  • 2 × Squat (Barbell)

🔵 PULL 2

  • 4 × Incline Curl (Dumbbell) (single-arm, so 2 sets each)
  • 1 × Hammer Curl (Cable)
  • 2 × T-Bar Row
  • 2 × Lat Pulldown (both arms, chin-up grip)
  • 2 × Standing Calf Raise (Machine)
  • 4 × Leg Extension (Machine) (single-leg, so 2 sets each)
  • 2 × Deadlift (Barbell)

🔴 PUSH 2

  • 2 × Bench Press (Barbell)
  • 1 × Prime Chest Press (Machine)
  • 3 × Panatta French Press
  • 6 × Lateral Raise (Cable) - (single-arm, so 3 sets each; last set from behind back)
  • 2 × Crunch (Machine)
  • 2 × Chest Fly Machine (single-arm, so 1 set each)
  • 2 × Shoulder Press (Machine)
  • 4 × Seated Leg Curl (Machine) (single-leg, so 2 sets each)

🔴 PUSH 1

  • 2 × Incline Bench Press (Barbell)
  • 1 × Prime Chest Press (Machine)
  • 3 × Lateral Raise (Machine)
  • 2 × Panatta French Press
  • 1 × Triceps Pushdown (Cable – Straight Bar)
  • 2 × Chest Fly Machine (single-arm, so 1 set each)
  • 4 × Seated Leg Curl (Machine) (single-leg, so 2 sets each)
  • 2 × Hip Adductor (Machine)
  • 2 × Crunch (Machine)

18g Creatine daily

That's way too much
Studies show that dosages of up to 20-30gs daily can improve cognitive function and enhance fatigue management more efficiently.

@ashsplash It's interesting that you prefer Monjaro over Reta but at the end of the day everyone has different preferences. Any specific reason for that?

Yeah I found it interesting too. Tbh I did Mounjaro before I tried Reta and it worked wonders; felt it quickly and didn`t have any digestive issues etc. . Then when I tried Reta even at moderately high dosages I just didn`t feel the effect quite as intense as Mounjaro. I know that in comparison you would have to take a higher Reta dosage to reach the same "strength" as the Tirz and I will surely try it again in the future!

I think with RETA you get less appetite suppression that might be what you're noticing.

How do you like taking the Cialis like that? I'm sure it works really good for the pre-workout to give you some amazing pumps but do you notice it helps you with your heart health as well? @ashsplash

I love the Cialis bro, especially with compounds that increase the the strain on your heart it is really an essential compound in my opinion. And yeah the pumps in combination with some L-Citrulline and salt really work magic. But yeah Cialis at a dosage of 5mg is something I will literally never take out of the protocol just for its cardiovascular protecting benefits. And the extra erections is something i don`t mind haha

yeah I see a lot of guys using Cialis. I wonder if every two days or every three days is most effective.

Had a great Push 1 workout today (couldn`t do Hip Adductors though because without a weight pin the reps are getting ridiculously high so waiting for my new one to arrive)
Weight and rep increases in every single exercise, really feeling like I`m getting the spark back post-injury.

good training day :D you need to add more bench press drop sets

Some guys are stacking other peptides with their RETA for that reason.
You can mix the Tirzepatide and Reta together.
Yeah I tried it before but not for long, gonna try that approach again soon. Keeping ya updated

@ashsplash training looks good......

Why the aggressive hair protocols right from the start? Not everyone will go bald from gear. Sure, some might experience temporary thinning or shedding that resolves after cycling, as the body naturally regulates. I don't see the point in preemptively treating a non-existent issue. Why subject the body to extra stress and compounds unnecessarily? You seem to be running a lot of things, and I'm trying to understand the "kitchen sink" approach. I've been on gear for three years now, am also significantly older, and still have a full head of hair without any hair drugs. Have you noticed any issues yourself?

I have been dealing with androgenic alopecia since the age of 15. Continued thinning and shedding of my hair over the years really caused a lot of stress on my psyche and confidence. I started Finasteride and then Dutasteride before I got on gear and already saw improvements and I knew going on PEDs would only possibly worsen my situation. I tried out different dosages with a consulting doctor and added oral minoxidil (also upping the dosage throughout the months) and I can finally say that I have grown thicker and fuller hair after a year on 5 alpha reductase inhibtors and 6months on oral minox. That is also why I never use DHT Derivatives or other PEDs that may cause more damage and control my test dosage adjustably to see how my hair reacts over time.

Had a good Pull 2 Training yesterday. Finally started with the upped test dosage of 80mg Test P(daily) today, (had ran out of vials the last days haha, but now everything`s set.)
Excited and ambitioned about what`s to come.

Update from current week:
- took the clen out 3 days ago because I dont need it at the moment; the progress is going so well that that extra strain on my heart is not worth it. (Although taking higher dosages of clen consecutively could be benefitial for beta 3 receptors while the side effects diminish)
- getting stronger in most lifts (except in flat and incline bench, but this always happens during my cuts)
- getting leaner daily

how is your food? @ashsplash
Found what`s working best for me is splitting my nutritional intake into only 3 main meals throughout the day with some shakes in between.
How I eat daily:

- 50g Whey Shake, directly after getting up
- 6 rice cakes with 250g mixed berries and 50g Whey --> first real meal of the day: 119g Carbs, 47g Protein, 6g Fats
- Another 50g Whey Shake inbetween these meals: 4,9 g Carbs, 39.5g Protein, 1,6g Fat
- in the afternoon I`ll then have : 110g Oats, 250g Berries, 40g Whey (my Pre workout meal) : 85g Carbs, 55g Protein 13g Fats (here I also take most of my supps)
- And lastly after working out I`ll have my biggest meal of the day: 150g rice (uncooked), 170g extra lean beef, 820gs of Mixed winter Veggies ( Yep, i know that`s a lot at once, but I love em and digest them perfectly fine) : 144g Carbs, 69g Protein, 4g Fat

Total Macros: -353g Carbs, 210g Protein, 25g Fats

Current weight: 208 pound-ish, but way leaner and more muscular; will send formupdate later on
Current activity: averaging 25-30 k steps a day
Current training style: Still training 2 days on, 1 day off (so 4-5 days a week)

To be specific , I take digestive enzymes with every meal as well as 200mcg chromium piccolinate with every carb heavy meal.
Also, I take my 6 creatine Caps (3g each) with the rice cakes and the rest such as: Exemestane, Dutasteride, Oral Minox, Omega-3s, etc. with my Oatmeal.
