Planning on doing 250-300mg test a week plus 40mg anavar ED and 4-6 Units of HGH plus Insulin ED (I know that you have to be extremely careful with it, but I am quite educated on these specific P.E.Ds and the usage as well as how they work, only the optimal dosage and cycle length is something I am unsure of). Would be my first cycle and informed myself for a long time on this topic but I am always looking for more advice and guidance.
20 years of age sitting at around 15-16 % bf and training for over 3 years.
Currently Training an Push/Pull/Legs/Rest Split and recovery established itself at optimal for me.
Right now still in a now around 50 days ongoing quite agressive cut with round 1500-1800 cals a day and 160-175g of protein, 140-180g carbs and sufficient fat(had it first very low but went up). In general throughout this diet I went up from only eating around 800-1000cals a day to my current caloric intake.
I am continously progressing in the gym and tracking every meal/macro and workout precisely. I was very surprised because of my low intake that I am getting stronger almost every workout without P.E.Ds but had a lot of fat at the beginning on me and went from about 202lbs at start to now around 170lbs. One thing I am quite unsure of is if I should still cut down till shredded or go into a lean bulk but I am leaning more towards the second option because of the long diet, big weight loss and future gear use, to not miss out on any gains.
In the past I have gained personal experience with peptides such as BPC-157, TB500. CJC no dac, Ipamorelin, and Tirzepatide throughout my diet. Currently only on Tirzepatide.
Now the thing is if I want to shred down, I would add something like Clenbuterol and switch from Tirzepatide to Retatrutide for maximal effect, but I really think I have a lot of muscular potential that would be let down at first. The other aspect is that I really want to get extremely strong at my lifts, e.g. compound lifts and gain muscle but not much extra water retention(wich hgh and insulin could cause for example) that`s why I am not looking at for example DBol or something like Superdrol.

Looking forward to your advice and help me find the optimal cycle for me and caloric intake combination.

I think your goal here should be to gain some recomp mass, not cut down. But going into insulin and superdrol talk 1st cycle is a bit much.

i would forget clen. you are already using tirzepatide. its been shown to be safe for someone your age. as for the steroids i highly recommend you cycle them properly with plenty of time off IF you want to keep your hpta active into your 20's

I researched a lot and thought about taking 125IU HCG EOD or E3D, and then PCT with Enclo,is this reasonable?

i would not use hcg at all. it is completely unnecessary for you. and pct with just enclo is no good. you need clomid/nolva with a strong T booster for pct and plenty of time off
 
Will add more info from time to time into this log. Let`s start with activity, I do Push Pull Legs Rest and my current workout split is:
Push:
4x Incline bench(Barbell), 3 x Bench Press(Barbell), 4x Lateral Raises(Cable), 2x Rope Tricep Pushdowns, 2x Straight Bar Tricep Pushdowns, 2x Overhead Tricep Extensions, 3x Chest Fly = I love doing Bench Press and recently got back into it, I know that it`s not the most effective in terms of isolation and stabilisation but I want to get stronger in my compound lifts. Seeing a lot of quick progress and visible growth/definition through this Workout Plan.
Pull:
2 x Pull Ups(Body Weight), 3 x Deadlifts(Barbell), 2 x Barbell Shrugs, 3 x Bayesian Cable Curls, 2 x Preacher Curls, 2x Wide grip rows, 2x Close Grip Rows, 2 x Lat Pulldowns (machine) = Would say Back is one of my strongest muscles but I still need to add tons of flesh, through this I`m also seeing visible growth and getting stronger every workout(even without gear).
And then lastly Legs:
3 x Seated Leg Curls (to warm up with proper bloodflow and avoid injuries), 4x Squats (again want to get stronger in Compound lifts), 4 x Standing Calf Raises (definetly one of my visual weaknesses), 3x RDLs, 3x Leg Extensions and then 2x Hip Adductor and 2x Hip Abductor= Naturally have an extremely strong Quads and Hamstring Genetic and didn´t train legs for a long time but still had a lot of power and mass when I got back into into it.
Cardio:
I used to run , like a lot , about 8-10km everyday but right now I´m fully focussed on Bodybuilding and enjoy it a lot more plus recovery got better tremendously. Still averaging around 25k-30k steps a day because of tons of walking.
 
Now let`s get to supplementation:
- 8mg of Creatine ED
- 500mg of Berberine ED (Planning to up it to 2x500mg during cycle)
- 1 Cap Milk Thistle ED
- 700mg of NAC ED (Planning to up it to 1400mg during cycle)
- 250mg TUDCA ED (Planning to up it to 500mg because of anavar or keep it at 250mg during cycle)
- Then 2 scoops Preworkout with together 300mg caffeine, including L-Citrulin Malate , L- Taurine, Alpha GPC, and the usual ingredients
- Then an Vitamin Athlete Stack including:
--> Vitamin C 200mg
--> Vitamin D3 1000 IE
--> Vitamin B12 3,7mcg
--> Zinc 20mg
--> Potassium 300mg
--> Calcium 240mg
--> Iron 18mg
- An Immunity Support Supp:
--> Leaf extracts
--> more Vitamin D
--> more Zinc
--> some Vitamin C
And I even add some more Vitamin D3+ K2 Every other day: about 5600 IE D3 and 200mcg K2 on top

Hcg during pct is an outdated approach unless you are trying to knock your mrs up straight after cycle.. all it will do is keep you suppressed for longer bro

@ashsplash are you really only 20 years old? stick to natty right now. in a year or two you can use sarms. There are still improvements to your diet and training that you can do.

You`re right about improvements that I can make, but I`m making them right now and documenting everything here and through own personal data. I`m doing bloodwork the upcoming days and got a new biohacking and bodybuilding based coach that helps me monitor and adjust everything. I really think that something like 250mg test E. a week with proper PCT and A.I. and Data Evaluation can cause a lot of benefits for side effects that you can minimise in a lot of ways. I`m confident about doing this and have decided that I want to do it , but as proper and science based as possible. So I`m dialing in on everything and looking forward to your support. And through analysing also every other relevant health related aspect (in this context) like blood pressure , glucose and insulin, etc. I think that there`s a ton that I can get from this.

Let`s get to the next topic, my current diet.
I´m still in an ongoing cutting phase of about 50 days and lost a ton of weight, like about 30lbs in this timespan, with a radical cut in the beginning and upping my calories thoroughly throughout the weeks.(From 800,to 1k, to 1.2, 1.4, and currently around 1.9k).
I`m now aiming at around 180g-200g of protein and atleast 200g of carbs, rest filled with fats.
I found that eating healthy with sufficient micronutrients e.g. vitamins,etc. really makes a big difference on how I feel and thus I`m eating extremely clean throughout the whole day. Typical Meals right now include:
Self made Rice Pudding with 100g Jasmine Rice,50g Whey Protein Powder(using ghost Cinnabon right now, goated fr and 150g organic frozen berries. I usually eat this as a breakfast/preworkout and I love the taste as well as the fast digestion and carb boost that it gives me for the workout. Nutritiens of this= about 607 cals, with 94gcarbs,2.5g fats, and 45g protein.
Next standard meal for me would be something like chicken with rice and broccoli and the nutrients would be = around 450cals with 47g carbs , 4.6g fats and 50g Protein. Or Mexican Pulled Beef with Broccoli,Beans and Rice with 481cals, 38g of carbs, 12g of fats and 50g of Protein. I usually also drink atleast one protein shake a day with unsweetened almond milk and about 25-35g of Protein.
For Snacking I do e.g. 1-2 packs of Jack Links Beef Jerky throughout the day with around 12g Carbs, 1.5g fats and 17g Protein on 132 kcals each, love this snack fr. Or some other quick Meals would be 5-7 Eggs with lean beef mince and low fat lean yoghurt/quark with protein powder and organic frozen berries.
Healthy fats I`m consuming to adding something like nuts, fish or olive oil,chia seeds and etc. to my meals. I try to keep it at a healthy level but to be honest right now it sometimes or more that sometimes cuts a bit short.
I try to vary with my choices of vegetables and eat every nutrient as much as needed/possible and top up the rest through supplementation.
I`m focussing my diet as you can see a lot on getting carbs and protein in throughout the day and with almost every meal getting both dialed in, and I try to split up my caloric intake into usually breakfast,lunch, dinner and 1 Snack with 1 Protein Shake.
I avoid products like protein bars or stuff like that because most of the time the protein used is pretty trash and useless for the body and their just a "healthier" alternative to normal sweets. In addition, I`m also currently gaining data on my sodium and sugar intake to adjust properly.
Right now with this caloric intake and micro/macro nutrients I´m always getting a nice pump at the gym, have a great wellbeing, and I`m getting stronger workout by workout while simultaneously getting leaner and leaner. The thing is, especially when I go on cycle I know that I will have to up the intake and nutrients but I`m still figouring out how at where to put these numbers because of my high walking activity with around 25-30k Steps ED and current workout Split(Push,Pull,Legs).

The other aspect is that I really want to get extremely strong at my lifts, e.g. compound lifts and gain muscle but not much extra water retention(wich hgh and insulin could cause for example) that`s why I am not looking at for example DBol or something like Superdrol.

But tren for the first cycle would definetly not be a good or adequate approach and the psychoactive and health realted problems effects it could potentially cause are unecessary, I personally think that even in future cycles it`s cost to benefit ratio would be unsettling for me and only if I would e.g. plan to compete someday I may will be thinking about it during a short period during prep week.

Nah i just mean there is no need for it on cycle unless you have to stay fertile because you are trying to have kids at that point. If your jot trying to have kids then therebis no need to use it on cycle its just a waste of money. Also not needed during pct if your not trying to have kids immediately. It mimics your LH (luteinizing hormone) so as long as your getting it exogenously your body wont naturally produce it, it will just suppress your natural production of LH for longer.

forget clen my goodness. you are only 20 years old and you already want to fk up your heart health ? also keep in mind with glp1's you get a strong rebound effect. i wouldn't start messing around with them until you are MUCH older @ashsplash

My two cents worth here for ya bro, if this is your first cycle keep things simple and dont overcomplicate it. Over complications will only create to many variables to try and sort through if you come across any problems. More things you incorporate the more things you have to filter through to see whats causing issues yeah?

Second drop the idea of insulin leave that for a time for when you genuine need it to break through progress barriers later on and you have an experienced coach when it comes to using it. Right now it is not worth the danger for its returns, your only 20 and your not a pro bodybuilder.

Thirdly, looking at your photos you dont need to cut anymore right now if you want to build size and strength. Your lean enough to lean bulk and build from there, *however* as you have dropped a serious amount of weight/fat and your calories are low you need to get your body slowly back into a productive surplus of calories to start building. Now im not saying go and start smashing a heap of random food you will just rebound and put on fat. You need to look into reverse dieting and slowly increase your calories each week until your reach a maintenance level and then start with a 5-10% increase in calories of clean foods and hitting the right macros for this. Hit enough protien for development and enough fat for hormonal development health, recovery. Carbs is what you will play around with at this stage to create your surplus, focus your bigger carb intakes for the day around your workouts. As you grow and build more muscle then you need to look back and adjust the amount of protien and fats to suit your *lean tissue* weight. This process repeats as you continue to grow.

If you dont already have a reasonable understanding of the last part i have mentioned then you are honestly not reasy to be using Ped's regardless of your age.

Now lastly your cycle, as this is your first cycle this is where you should initially learn how your body responds to gear. This is why i say keep things simple hear and dont add to many variables. Test and anavar is fine i dont thing you need hgh right now though you could if you really want as it does have lots of benefits. Start with 250mg test e a week and then get bloods done after week 4 to see how your body has responded. This is where you will get your first indication of how your body aromotises also, <- this part is important.
Making sure you have an ai on hand before you start anything, at this point you will see if you need to start taking it. If all is well and e2 isnt too far out you could begin to titrate your test dose up to 500 and incorporate some aromasin to suit. Post your 4 week bloodwork so everyone has an understanding of where you at and can help with ai dose. Get more bloods done at week 8. See how eveything is tracking at this stage and then it will allow you to make adjustments if needed.
Should you titrate up again? If your running the cycle for 12 weeks i wouldnt bother just chuck your avavar in at week 6 and finish out your cycle. If your gonna run for 16 weeks you could possibly go up again, should you? Not for this cycle its only your first and rome wasnt built it a day. Your not gonna build your dream physique from one cycle bro doesnt work like that. Also running for 16 week will make recovery alot harder and your only 20 so you dont want to fuck yourself up too hard too early.

Some people will disagree with my opinion and approach but i genuinely believe you can learn a helluva lot from your first cycle with regular bloodwork and wouldnt you want to? The more you discover and learn about your body early in a controlled manner just allows you to be more aware and educated about your body for future cycles when you start to add in new compounds. Adding in one thing at a time will allow your to see and fix things easier when you find hurdles to climb.. and you will its apart of the game brother.

Thank you for your genuine advice man, I really understand what you are saying, and that`s why I have decided to firstly only start with 250mg test a week to see how my body reacts to it and get my bloodwork done regularly to evaluate possible deficits and risks. I`ll maybe add 4IU HGH because of it subtile but nice benefits and I can add something like anavar along the line. About my diet: I`m re erse dieting right now and upping my calories slowly from week to week with about an 200 increase in caloric in take each week, sitting at around 1800 (started diet at 800cals!) while simultaneously increasing carbs pre and post workout right now and it seems like it`s working properly because of the clean foods I eat. I`m feeling extremely healthy and still getting a bit leaner but yeah it`s time to build some proper muscle.
One big aspect to add is that I`m working with profesionals to monitor and adjust my progress and health. I got an health centered bodybuilding coach who will update and evaluate my cycle throughout this journey while still analysing my bloodwork frequently adn helping me to adjust training and nutrition optimaly to get the most out of it while staying as healthy as possible. I also have a doctor that openly helps me with certain blood level testing , specifically for my cause.
And through starting with one compound and adding more slowly from time to time (if necessary!) I can precisely monitor with my team what substance has which specific effect on my wellbeing and blood levels.

But I gotta say that Tirzepatide is really a game changer for weight loss and Retatrutide would potentially(haven`t tested it yet) be even a whole lot more effective in a wide range of aspects. But the last few days I`m off GLP-1s and feeling as good as never before. The reverse diet is working properly with a strength increase without getting fatter and properly tracking every single calorie and macro/micro which enters my body.

why do you need a GLP1 at 20? lol . you will need it for the rest of your life if you keep using it
 
You`re right about improvements that I can make, but I`m making them right now and documenting everything here and through own personal data. I`m doing bloodwork the upcoming days and got a new biohacking and bodybuilding based coach that helps me monitor and adjust everything. I really think that something like 250mg test E. a week with proper PCT and A.I. and Data Evaluation can cause a lot of benefits for side effects that you can minimise in a lot of ways. I`m confident about doing this and have decided that I want to do it , but as proper and science based as possible. So I`m dialing in on everything and looking forward to your support. And through analysing also every other relevant health related aspect (in this context) like blood pressure , glucose and insulin, etc. I think that there`s a ton that I can get from this.

Couldn`t post bloodwork yet because Coach and Doc are still analysing but got the go to start and 150mg E3D + 6IU HGH is my Dosage. Excited for the following weeks and will keep you guys updated. Another thing is that I upped my calories because of my high acitivity(30k+Steps a day) to 3500 and feeling great.

Lots of stress and work related issues, still continued my Cycle ( 130mg Test E3D, 6IU HGH ED) and making great progress while working with Doc and Coach. One thing I`m a bit concerned about is the unsatiable appetite I sometimes get. Thinking about taking Tirzepatide again (because Mounjaro worked so good in the past) but still not sure which Aussie Source to buy from yet.

You should get retatrutide as well you can stack them both, its worth it for the appetite control. @ashsplash
 
You should get retatrutide as well you can stack them both, its worth it for the appetite control. @ashsplash
@Is it true that Reta takes longer to kick in? Because with Tirzepatide in the past I`ve noticed changes in appetite already on the second/third day; and what dosage relation between these two compound would you suggest?
 
Just got back on track adding Tirz and Reta to my cycle and appetite is already more manageable :D Let`s see what this combination holds for us in the future.

This is btw the current form 5 weeks on; getting stronger every training and feeling great! E2 is still pretty high and we`re (me and my coach) working on an optimal AI dosage because I really store a ton of water but the test is beginning to kick in for sure(and pumps are crazy)

Looking good, but what are you doing for estrogen now? what dose of aromasin etc?
 
12.5mg Exemestane EOD, then blood work again in about 5-6 weeks to check up.
You can check in 2-3 weeks you dont need to wait 5-6 weeks.

Is there any addon to my stack (e.g. a pre Workout oral) or another inject (without the risk of Deca Dick or similar)at lower dosage that can enhance my stack in a moderate level?
I don`t want to go over the edge but am also educating myself about different fat burners and stuff where you can (especially during short time periods) loose a ton of fat while even being able to build muscle.
Looked at different orals and something hardcore that could cause a gyno like dianabol would not be suited for me.

@ashsplash you can add on to the stack but you're not really updating much not sure what you need to do.

This is not a pre cycle log anymore, you're doing 6-8 IUS of hgh WHY???
 
Yeah it`s not a pre cycle log anymore, should I create a new thread? And it`s mostly 6IU HGH daily because my Coach advised that when you`re still young your body produces enough indegenous HGH/IGF that only a dosage that`s a bit higher can boost that process significantly.(That`s why he recommended 6, I also thought about starting with 4, but then listened to him, and great progress till now!).
