Im backkkkkkkkkk!!!!!!
I got to catch up on all things on EVO, but I'll start off on myself.
I'm Type 1 diabetic and I ofc take insulin everyday. (i use Dexcom G7 to monitor my blood sugar levels..)
Before i start why i had gone to rehab at the hospital. I'll begin with my current "Stats"
Height: 6'1
weight: 216lbs
bf%: i believe 18-20% (current image is how i look)
Lifts:
5 x 225 BP
3x 315 Squats
3x 350 deadlifts
I know im not like you freaks and meatheads! haha you guys definetly have more elite numbers. But i try my best to take care of my overall health. Its a lifestyle to me as i again, am Type 1 diabetic.
Diet:
Morning is 1 cup of coffee, omelette, fist of almonds, and handful of berries.
This helps me be more mobile as i like having light foods in the morning. You should give it a try. feels great. Plus my Blood sugars do better
Lunch
Greek yogurt and granola and piece of fruit
I dont take too much Greek yogo but just enough. Enough to create stomach gels of casein protein so i dont get hungry.
Dinner
I'll take whatever has meats, such as steaks,fish,chicken,goat, pork etc. i love BBQs
But on the side of that i'll have asparagus/broccoli, berries, sweet potatoes/potato wedges etc.
Bedtime snack
I have to have this, Its best because it manages my blood glucose before i sleep. I have to count my carbs and be careful with my insulin dosage.
I usually have, bread and avocado and juice. Or i'll go for tuna sandwich and milk (make sure to freeze the sandwich for 10 minutes... it becomes super delicious)
So that is basically my fundamental...
