Honestly so proud of myself, I’m getting comments everywhere now about how good I’m looking either I’m looking skinny or muscly I’ll take both! It’s all relative but it fuels the fire to keep going and keep at it!

Brother, just to give you a bit of icing on the cake; it actually looks like you lost WAY may fat than you think. You obviously have more lean tissue now and that adds the weight. So be proud that your 104.3kg is probably more of muscles than fat now!

My recent evolt test said that my lean mass went up but I wasn’t convinced until I evaluated compared to the before pic. So happy I took the before pictures I wouldn’t even realise the difference tbh

Week 4: Day 6

So I’m sick for the second time this cycle, my body clearly doesn’t like all these extra androgens. It’s pretty weak though I hand a rest today and I reckon I’ll be good to train tomorrow I’ve really enjoyed the two rest days in a row. Good to get everything well rested and recovered. Also I’d love some advice on Cialis, Telmisartan and Ezetimbe daily dosing. I’m watching my blood pressure closely to ensure I’m not overdoing it.

So I’m sick for the second time this cycle, my body clearly doesn’t like all these extra androgens. It’s pretty weak though I hand a rest today and I reckon I’ll be good to train tomorrow I’ve really enjoyed the two rest days in a row. Good to get everything well rested and recovered. Also I’d love some advice on Cialis, Telmisartan and Ezetimbe daily dosing. I’m watching my blood pressure closely to ensure I’m not overdoing it.

Great update bro. That curry looks delicious 😋. I can't comment on Cialis and Ezetimbe but I personally would leave the Telmisartan at 20mg with that current BP reading. No need to push that brother 🩵

So I’m sick for the second time this cycle, my body clearly doesn’t like all these extra androgens. It’s pretty weak though I hand a rest today and I reckon I’ll be good to train tomorrow I’ve really enjoyed the two rest days in a row. Good to get everything well rested and recovered. Also I’d love some advice on Cialis, Telmisartan and Ezetimbe daily dosing. I’m watching my blood pressure closely to ensure I’m not overdoing it.

The goal was just 103kg for the six week period. But the goal is to get down to 95kg and reassess I’m hoping to get around 15% then start looking at a bulk after stabilising for a bit 😀
Good goal, id go lower then 95 tbh just because you will jump up with water weight straight away

A few diuretics and I’ll make the weight goal 🤣 nah I won’t be using those! Was getting a few cramps during the workout today not sure what could be lacking but keen to find out. Hopefully a hydralyte boost to Sodium, potassium will help I’m on plenty of taurine so that’s not the issue. same with magnesium. My water intake has been low though so illl start there.

Another benchmark day for me, I remember trying to do a few pull-ups and could get two but they were more partial reps about 3 months ago and today I was able to complete a good working set of 10 and I couldn’t believe how much lighter I felt. Another benchmark day for me, I remember trying to do a few pull-ups and could get two but they were more partial reps about 3 months ago and today I was able to complete a good working set of 10 and I couldn’t believe how much lighter I felt. On top of that I got a nice protein delivery today, and thank you @Kouta for the gift you got me from Bali 😂

So good news about work is that my redundancy will be pretty big and that I’ll likely be able to pick a job at a closer site because they don’t want to pay that. So I’ll have to look at my options!

Workout today was an early morning grind and I fuckin love

Also of note I’ll be starting Test D with one injection of 300mg before my flight on the same day and I’ll take a one off 12.5mg of aromasin for the day as I won’t use any overseas. Any advice on either compound and the amount I should inject would be greatly appreciated!

So good news about work is that my redundancy will be pretty big and that I’ll likely be able to pick a job at a closer site because they don’t want to pay that. So I’ll have to look at my options!

Workout today was an early morning grind and I fuckin love

Also of note I’ll be starting Test D with one injection of 300mg before my flight on the same day and I’ll take a one off 12.5mg of aromasin for the day as I won’t use any overseas. Any advice on either compound and the amount I should inject would be greatly appreciated!

big grind you pushing hard :d the bench press 42.5 plateau no issues start doing more drop sets to build up the pump and you'll get stronger

Week 6: Day 7 (Final Day!)

A big thank you to those that supported me during on interim cutting cycle and a big thank you to @Southern Cross Labs for supporting me with Tbol that I used for 4 weeks of the mini cycle. I saw some great strength gains and lost 3.5kg in total.

First time experience with anabolics outside of test. My plans are now to continue to cut on more of a cruising trt 175mg a week for about a month or so. my goal weight is 95kg so I’ll look at test and eq/primo and see about another cutting cycle or waiting for bulking season 💪

we’ll have to see how I’m progressing in the meantime. I meant to get another evolt scan today to show the weight loss to muscle ratio but I slept in and since I’d eaten during the day it would be pretty inaccurate so I didn’t bother.

Week 6: Day 7 (Final Day!)

A big thank you to those that supported me during on interim cutting cycle and a big thank you to @Southern Cross Labs for supporting me with Tbol that I used for 4 weeks of the mini cycle. I saw some great strength gains and lost 3.5kg in total.

First time experience with anabolics outside of test. My plans are now to continue to cut on more of a cruising trt 175mg a week for about a month or so. my goal weight is 95kg so I’ll look at test and eq/primo and see about another cutting cycle or waiting for bulking season 💪

we’ll have to see how I’m progressing in the meantime. I meant to get another evolt scan today to show the weight loss to muscle ratio but I slept in and since I’d eaten during the day it would be pretty inaccurate so I didn’t bother.

Yeah lots of different positives with it. The main thing is regulating blood pressure for me. But it also really helps with a good pump and makes your Johnson rock hard lol 😂

I’m using a lower dose though because I’m using Telmisartan aswell.
