Definitely get up some pictures. I scanned the threads so far and I don't see any. It's important to know what your body fat percentage is. Is it really 20%? Is it really 25%? We need to know for sure. @Cam1006

If you're really over 20% body fat, you may want to wait until you get that body fat down @Cam1006 it will give you more flexibility on cycle.

@Cam1006 you really need to get your pictures up. As others have said, this way we can get a good idea of what your body fat actually is. With your stats I don't think you're 25% body fat, but again it's hard to know.

Good afternoon everyone, have had a busy week with baby appointments and have found out I am having a baby girl, I will show my workout routine today, it will be a 4 times a week full body split. I received my test e 250 from UGFreak today, it is slightly orange and was wondering if that is okay?
For starting my cycle I am running no bloods, will get blood work done on week 4 and stop if necessary or continue, I understand the risk behind it but I am willing to take it.

Here is my workout routine, any critiques would be appreciated!

Stage 3:Monday: Weighted dips 4x4-8 + Power shrugs 4x6-10Cable lateral raises 4x6-12 + Weighted sit-ups 4x8-12Weighted chin-ups 4x6-10 + Split-squats 4x8-12
Wednesday: DB OHP 4x6-10 + Hammer curls 4x6-12Cable katana extensions 4x10-15 + Neck curls 4x15-20Krock rows 4x8-12 + Machine reverse flies 4x12-15

250g jasmine rice weighed cooked
50g avocado
150g blueberries


Meal 3


8 oz top sirloin steak
250g russet potatoes weighed cooked
130g of any green veggie ( green beans, asparagus,broccoli, snap peas etc..)

I attached a picture of my test, not sure how if it looks correctly but I am starting at 125mg twice a week. I will take any advice given

Not sure your Test E should be orange brother. In Oz ours is always clear, but being State side things might be a bit different. @LevButlerov @ceo @2Thick @ROIDDERS can you please advise our brother on this 🩵

I did a bit of research, para pharma reportedly changed their carrier oil. Others here have had the same concern so maybe I am all good

Here is a few pictures
This is fine it's likely castor oil or grapeseed that was overheated. If it's pharmaquo and looks that clean/clear then you can trust it's been filtered and is pure and is definitely test and not tren (despite the colour). We've seen red before too which was odd but it was good to go.
 
with a added pre workout snack consisting of
Oikos pro
3 rice cakes
20g of peanut butter

my total macros come out to

209g protein
270g carb
75g fat
2560 cals

Trying a higher carb diet to see if it helps with my energy levels from long work days
higher carbs is good on some days :D

Was a rest day from the gym, had 3 large eggs and 5 oz of ground turkey with hot sauce for breakfast, did a small HIIT workout after work shift

Took my first dose of Test at 125mg, pinned left delt, will pin again tuesday afternoon-evening

Dinner was lighter today, wasnt feeling hungry so I just had yogurt with almonds

Slightly deficit for cals today but I am feeling good, energy is high

May 2 2026

Was a rest day from the gym, had 3 large eggs and 5 oz of ground turkey with hot sauce for breakfast, did a small HIIT workout after work shift

Took my first dose of Test at 125mg, pinned left delt, will pin again tuesday afternoon-evening
