@toddthelineman that is a good KLOW dose. I was running 2 mg a day myself. I wasn't super impressed with it but then again maybe I just didn't have any issues.

Yeah I’m not having any issues. I’m just running it to have it in me and on hand because I am really beating myself up right now. And it’s going well. My buddy is taking the same dose and he recently said he could swear he has less grey hair. He’s 50 and very grey. I haven’t seen it myself but I’ll see him soon and I’ll probably notice if there’s a difference

I’m trying. I was hoping to finish it off in the evening but I feel asleep on the couch with my boots on hahaha. Not quite sure how all this is going to work out in the short term. Just going to try to keep progressing in some way or another until things settle down. Work is going so well I can’t really be too upset about it.

Good to see you supplementing with some good heart options. @toddthelineman I see a lot of people doing the baby aspirin. I'm gonna talk to my doctor about it.

@toddthelineman bros, amazing job on this. I got to give you a lot of credit. I like how you keep things balanced and you're not overdoing it on your testosterone dosage. How was the estrogen?

Oh geez. I have been forgetting to take aromasin I just realized this morning. From previous tests, I should be taking 6.25mg per 150mg of test.

I like BPC. I've been pounding my shoulder with it.

I got anhedonia from it before. Seems fine at lower doses though. One thing about the Klow maybe: usually in the summer I get sun discoloration on top of my head as soon as I get any sun exposure. My hair was so thin even when I was a kid. That doesn’t seem to be happening and the tan I’m starting to get is a pretty fancy color hahaha. I’ll take it

I think I may have miscalculated my food. I woke up and made a whole rice cooker and ate the whole thing. And all of my eggs.

I am stressed, very, but in a good way. I would like to do something about my blood pressure but I’m not sure what the move is. I’m already taking 80mg Telmisartan. I heard nebivolol or propanol would be the thing for an overstimulated central nervous system, which I believe is what’s happening. I have unlimited work right now, and a lot of things are falling into place, so I even just wake up and I’m wanting to go go go. It’s good, but I need to tone it down. Decades of feast or famine made me this way

I have switched from coffee to matcha, which isn’t always very easy for me to do, but I literally don’t need any extra energy lol. I need to manage my time a bit better

@toddthelineman updates look good.....

That's sucks on the sleep issue. I'm a bit similar. I fall asleep so easily at night but then fairly regularly wake after about 5.5-6 hours and often struggle to get back to sleep.

Also sucks on the work front with the 15 hour day!

Prepped meals look good though!
Do you guys use GH and still have this issue? I was having this issue before gh and then when I got on gh it cleaned it up and I slept like a teenager again.

How much caffeine do you intake daily. You know fron my log getting off caffeine my blood pressure went back to normal. It's not easy but well worth it. My energy and of course blood pressure is way better now. I am learning how to use carbs for energy now. Still trying to figure out cutting without it though. That one is tuff. I can cut calories easy with caffeine. Even though I am in the trades and work hard daily but I hold weight still. I am going to figure out one day what balance works for me to cut without feeling like total trash at work.

The gh I had was ooooooold. Probably became inert. It was serostim, pretty expensive, I was saving it for a possible injury, but decided I better use it up and restock. Which my restock should be here this week.

I can usually sleep pretty good. I think I’m very over stimulated from work. I have a huge amount of work available to me right now, and so many things to get caught up. When I just open my eyes in the middle of the night I can’t stop thinking about what I need to do and it’s all I can do to not go outside and start loading trucks and trailers hahaha.

you're definitely a mix of a lot of different personalities all in one. It's almost like you're a character.
It throws people off. One of my very best people, the wife of the family I bought my house from, is a psychiatrist and psych professor. She gets a real kick out of it. My mom is an acedemic, my dad a master mechanic ex marine, step dad ex gangster from Mexico, step mom corporate accountant, I was in an academic program, but it was in one of the worst neighborhoods per capita in the US. I don’t fit in anywhere hahahaha

I get it. I have always been blessed to be able to sleep. If I am not sleeping well something is off and it's not just stress. I actually never had any issues sleeping until I got sleep apnea. Got a bipap fixed that. Then the last 2 years while I am getting healthy I have issues from time to time. I think cortisol can go up on me because I don't eat many carbs at dinner. I would get that 3am wake up and can't sleep but have nothing to think about. Just lay there counting time wishing to go back to sleep. I got my GH going I slept the best. I ran out and about 2 weeks after running out I get some restless sleep but it's still ok. Now I am off caffeine my problem is I don't want to go to sleep on time. I can stay up later now and get 6 hours of sleep and still run all day. I couldn't do that on caffeine I be dosing caffeine to survive for sure when I used taking a little extra to make it.

Man, too much caffeine most of the time. I know for sure I should stop because I know from experience and experiment what it can do for me, but I have failed to do it repeatedly.

I think some people are just made to be big, and they will be big no matter how. One of my best friends was 200 pounds and strong as a bull while he was an active intravenous meth user for years. He’s much healthier and cleaner now, but he’s three hundred pounds and if he isn’t very careful he’d be 400 like his brother.

Bodybuilders hate the idea of low carbs and fat adaptation… and those things can be hard to achieve in the context of diabetes and the resulting medication. But it DOES work for some people, that’s undeniable

I know it's hard. Over my 20+ years of selling drugs I used about everything except heroin. My favorite drug was morphine. I still love a good surgery when they give me morphine in the hospital. Coming off all of them the hardest drug to ever come off what's caffeine. I still think throughout the day like how great it would be if I could just have some caffeine. It's just like any addiction. You finally hit that place where you're like f*** this I'm done. You'll get off of it.

Definitely don’t do it. A gooooooood cup of coffee hits like something illegal for real after you’re no longer dependent on it.

What finally got me out of selling drugs was the last time I got busted sitting there in handcuffs in my house watching the cops playing with my son knowing I was going to be taken away from him and I'm thinking this is f***** up as a father. Luckily he was so young. He didn't really know . My son does remember visiting me in prison. Luckily that time was only a year.

I just remind myself my heart health and longevity to be here for my family is more important. I am seeing a theme now that I am talking about it. I will stop doing stuff when it will effect time away from family. There you go lev. Now you know the key to getting me to do something. Tie it to time away from my family.

Maaaan I was already ten years out of the game when I got caught, I had just been back at it for a few months if that. I had just been divorced, dissolved my business and had pretty much given up on myself. Saw an old friend. Life long pot grower, we’d been friends since we were kids. He knew how solid I was and offered to get me back on top. Made six figures in that short time from nothing, drove back out west to deliver the money and celebrate. I was done. Was going to go back into business right away. But right before I left… just one more run, deal too good. Barely made it out of the state and got pulled over… for no reason at all. I only wound up doing 100 days, but it Set me back a decade at least. And then I was too far away for my kids to visit. But my ex father in law said my daughter spent the whole winter looking out the window😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨. It’s a real mindfuck. What I was doing, everyone was a willing participant. Yes I was taking advantage of the illegality. I don’t feel ethically wrong about what I was doing at all. I do wish it never happened. Dealing with the bureaucracy of a legitimate utility construction business is absolutely nauseating and most of it is created artificially to make it very difficult to break into. Hardly a free market, that’s laughable. My hardest lesson is just admitting when I’m beat. And I’ve barely learned that, if at all

I think the GH helps. I've just started it again at 3iU after a few weeks off and when I wake I'm getting back to sleep now.
Thats awesome. I cant wait for my order to get here. I ahve been off going on 3 weeks now i think. I am feeling like i did beofre but I am not feeling as good as i did when i was on. I cant wait to get back on. Its like the fountain of youth for me.

You know? You can see your abs. Seems like the last of it is often stubborn. It’ll happen though

I noticed yesterday I am seeing more definition. I also got a surprise package yesterday didn't know my package was arriving. I got more gh in. Took 4 IU last night and I slept so good. Also got my cagrilitide in. Going to start that as well.

Thanks for the encouragement. I noticed in my mirror yesterday that I am seeing more definition when I flex my abs. It is slow for me but always slowly recomping. I been doing monthly inbody scans cause I get one free every month. The last 3 months I been roughly losing 1.5-3.5 lbs of fat and putting on a pound of muscle by what it says. I am actually heavier then I was 6 months ago. I was bouncing around the high 220's now I am bouncing around the mid 230's. When I really started tracking my weight Nov. 2023 I was 239 and way fatter. This morning I was 235 the thinnest I have been yet. It's crazy to wrap all that around in my mind even though I know why this is.

Coming off all of them the hardest drug to ever come off what's caffeine. I still think throughout the day like how great it would be if I could just have some caffeine. It's just like any addiction.

On one hand I feel this - been keeping my caffeine intake low after weaning down from some insane daily intakes.

Definitely don’t do it. A gooooooood cup of coffee hits like something illegal for real after you’re no longer dependent on it.

On the other hand - I feel this. Nothing hits like a good strong cup of coffee in the morning

I never drank coffee. But I love a good pre workout with 400mg of caffeine in it! Get the skin crawling and ready to lift heavy ass weight!

I might have to sample some new stuff and see what that’s like. Gotta figure out a way to work out more consistently again while on the road. Honestly thinking about parking my rv at a gym hahaha
Gym RV park for the win :D

Honestly I’d already be doing it but my whoooooole life is a logistical challenge. Trucks and trailers everywhere. It’s like that riddle with the farmer with a goat, a chicken, and a dog trying to get off an island with a boat too small for all of them. How’s that one go? That’s me hahaha

Yeah big t bone.
how do you feel on the aromasin? e2 dropping?
I feel the same. Actually my knees are creaky, which never ever happens to me, despite the relentless abuse my knees have taken. This ravine I’m working through is gnarly. All fallen trees and big unstable rocks. One of my helpers had a bitch fit and quit on me on Tuesday, so now I’m doing it short handed. Honestly man I took a bigger shot today because I really felt like I needed the help. I took double my dose of test and double the aromasin. We’ll see how I feel tomorrow. Right back at it

Your going to have to be like the guy who hauled weights around with him in his semi and would work out at the truck stops! That dude has set the bar!
Oh I’ve done that hahaha. Honestly a lot of my tools are heavy and awkward. Like really heavy and awkward. I have one of those x3 bars with the bands too. It’s not quite the same as lifting weights but if you push yourself hard it will absolutely wreck you.

Make sure you check your bloods so you dont tank your E2 that would make your joints unhappy!

knees thats dry, you doing omega 3s? fish oil pump maybe and more bpc/tb

Yes I’ll need bloodwork soon. My e2 generally runs a bit high out of range. As it was with my last blood test. Perhaps something has changed
Just got caught up on your log bro and man is your log ever a lot of fun!
You funny man! LOL

Nice pic on 17Apr too, I think you're one of those ones that couldn't ever end up looking out of shape even if you tried :p

In the meantime, for all you cut cycle guys and gals, enjoy this 24” pizza. I’m halfway through it and this might be the first pizza I couldn’t finish hahaha
Ok this was just dirty mean. I'm gonna be craving this now and fighting it the rest of the week (for real). :p

Yep! Old Iranian Rx anavar
Man this IS old! My favourite clown member from Canada is BCGains and he says all gear comes from Iran :ROFLMAO:. Maybe the 'straight of Vermouth' is holding all our primo and var back now too LOL

I don’t feel ethically wrong about what I was doing at all.
Haha you weren't. Like at all.

Just climbed poles and pulled cable through a ravine. Very taxing
Haha "just".

Even if u took a suspension trainer with you would be better then nothing and I am sure u can attach it somewhere on the truck or equipment.

Yeah pretty much. Even when I was super injured I just got skinnier. It’s a paradox though because although I do always look athletic I can absolutely get very unhealthy pretty fast.

Ha! Maybe so

Geez sounds like some tough work days. Crazy the cals you need due to how physical it is.

At least it looks like you're sleeping well.

It’s a tough job sometimes. And when it’s easy you’re getting rich so you just keep going and then it’s still hard lol. It’s tough hiring people like “this is a very hard job, do you enjoy working really hard?” Typical answer: “I did concrete” or “I was in the army”. Well, okaaaaaay hahaha. We’re looking for people that are sick in the head, hate themselves, and have something to prove every single day. And I’m not saying other jobs aren’t really hard. Even office work beats me down bad. But what we do is different. You really have to want to do hard things and enjoy it or you will be beyond miserable

I would try it with you if i was near. I just want to work and not deal with all the business side of stuff that is the stuff i hate.

Someone like you, I would skip the bullshit and train you to be a foreman directly. No grunt work in the ravines. Well, maybe here and there for fun hahaha. But really, all the work I get requires traveling lately. It’s not great for an established adult. I’m trying so hard to pass up work that isn’t reasonably commutable. Because the more I miss near home, the longer it’s going to happen. One of these years another big hurricane will hit and I’ll be down around the gulf I’m sure. Those used to be really good jobs where you could take any barely competent person, call them a cable lineman, and get paid well for their work. Much tougher these days.

but we can only dream! I am not leaving the Jacksonville area unfortunately due to being well established here with work and family. I actually worked for a huge commercial builder, Haskell, back 21 years ago when my first born was coming into this world. I left them because I couldn't handle having a family and living on the road all month except I got to come home for one weekend a month. Specially when you see all the other supervisors were all divorced because of life on the road working. I was just not going to end up like that. I love my family to much to do that to them.

Good thinking. I usually do run fish oil, but had ran out. I’ll order some. And yeah, peptides should touchdown next week👍
get some more :D fish oil for the win

Yeah man. One weekend a month is ridiculous. Might as well be a sailor or something. I only did that for hurricanes. I had jobs that wanted everyone to work like that and the pay was outrageous but I would never stay long. The money was cool but I kept noticing one thing… nobody was rich🤔 hahaha. So not worth it. It’s never enough money. No such thing
