Hey guys, I'm looking for some advice on what would be a good bulking cycle. Generally over the years I've always stuck to test, deca or npp and either dbol or android to kick start.

Im looking for an addition this time around and was thinking of adding EQ. I don't have much experience with EQ though.

I'd love to hear any ideas and advice you guys have on a good bulking cycle including PEDs, ancillary and any other advice.

Notes: I'm still running a deficit cycle for another 8 weeks or so and then will roll in to a cruise. My reason for asking you advice now is I want to start making purchases right away before my wife goes on maternity leave. Im planning to run the gaining cycle for around 20 weeks.

- I'm 40 years old
- I've been training since I was about 18 and using PEDS since my early 20's.
- I took a significant amount of time off in my 30's and have been back at it focused and consistent for 2 years.
- I'm not planning on adding GH to the cycle ( financial decision).

Good question :D @NStrain you're an EVO Canada brother I believe :D EQ can be a solid add for appetite and steady lean size, but it can push e2 down and there are sides.
Before you buy anything, get a log up with your current deficit numbers, bodyweight trend, training info, sleep, BP, and your last labs so the EVO family can support a 20 week gaining phase without guessing. 15min of your time to start :D

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

I'll give you one that a lot of people won't say: tren. Tren got me personal records in both size and strength. A lot of people don't realize how good it is at that.

I mean you listed the best bulkers, I think. Deca has always been a great bulker for me. If it's working, why change it, right

Equipoise is a great steroid. It's not complicated to use. Just run anywhere from 300 to 600 mg a week.

Bros, EQ is very versatile if that helps. You can definitely bulk on it. You can cut. You can recomposition. You can do a lot of things.

I think you pretty much have the bulking steroids covered across the board
another one you can look at besides tren is also MENT
