Hi all, so after being encouraged by a few of the members here i have decided to put up my cycle log @LevButlerov
A little background:
Age : 40
Height : 180cm
Weight : 89.4kg Fasted
Blood pressure : 132/78
Purpose of this Log : Primarily to hold myself accountable, write things down - see what works, how any adjustments to Diet, Training and Gear affect body composition, sleep, mood - Have a record of it all so i can look back and see what worked and what didn't, I don't know anyone into bodybuilding so putting myself up here for all to critique and hopefully get some advice from those with a lot more knowledge than me
I have been hitting the gym since i was 16, foolishly did a few cycles when i was younger - no idea what i was doing ! managed to give myself every side effect under the sun including Gyno which i ended up getting surgery for, got into powerlifting in my early 20's blew up to a very plump 110kg then injured my back deadlifting and since then have dialed it back a lot,
For the last 10 years i have been sitting between 80-90kg staying relatively lean, watching my diet and doing cardio but never really keeping track of macros or weights.
So back in late august last year i decided to go and get my test levels checked as i was feeling lethargic all the time, no sex drive, struggling to hold on to muscle and received the following results :
I booked a consult with a doctor and got prescribed trt of test enanthate at 125mg week which i have been using up until the start of this cycle which began on the 6th of April, so roughly 6 weeks in now. The following bloods were taken 4 weeks in on 250mg/week. 50mg proviron ED
The cycle has been laid out as follows - titrating up doses and adding it compounds gradually so i can gauge what i am getting side effects from:
Pin M/W/F for more stable blood levels - These are the current doses not what i started at :
Sustanon 250 - 375mg/week
Equipoise 200 - 300mg/week
Proviron - 50mg ED
HGH - 5iu day - after some advice this is being taken 2.5iu before bed 2.5iu on waking
TBOL - Just started this today - will be doing 60mg each day for 4 weeks - never ran this before, seem like an ok dose/length ?
NPP - Have this on hand, would like to start taking it for joints soon, when my lifts go up - most likely just low dose 90-120mg week
Nolvadex - On hand
Caber - On hand
Aromasin - On hand
Doxycyline - 100mg ED Have added this in a few weeks ago as had a acne breakout (possibly EQ related ?)
Peptides :
KLOW - 2.5mg/500/500/500 Each evening
Selank - 500mcg each evening
Semax - 1mg each morning

Diet : This is something that will be changed as i progress but for now these are my rough targets each day - Higher carbs on legs and lower body days.
Protein - 250g / 1000C
Carbs - 500g / 2000c
Fats - 50g / 450C
Totals Calories - 3450
Goals For This Cycle :
Im a huge fan of bodybuilding, so would like to step on the stage one day and tick it off my bucket list !
So cycle will be focused around bringing up week points, working on symmetry, and packing on lean size - would like to end up at 95kg 12% or less bodyfat.
