Going to keep calories the same this week so I can properly lock in where true maintenance is before pushing the next move.

Had my eyes set on 220 kg x 8 on squats but ended up with 7 solid reps β€” still very happy with that and it’s a strong sign the strength is continuing to climb while cutting πŸ’ͺ

Morning check in πŸ’ͺ 3rd week finished heading into the 4th week πŸ˜ƒ



102.5kg fasted this morning and very happy with how the cut is progressing right now.

Strength has still been climbing even while dropping weight which I’m stoked about πŸ”₯Cardio and recovery have both been consistent and energy has been solid overall.

Comparing this week’s photos to last week’s, the conditioning definitely looks sharper.

Still more work to do and more fat to lose, but very happy with the direction things are heading πŸ˜ƒ

102.5kg fasted this morning and very happy with how the cut is progressing right now.

Strength has still been climbing even while dropping weight which I’m stoked about πŸ”₯Cardio and recovery have both been consistent and energy has been solid overall.

Comparing this week’s photos to last week’s, the conditioning definitely looks sharper.
