V.I.P.

Hey guys just came out of a pretty aggressive cut. I have been big into running for the last 5 years now. But i want to see how i respond to strictly bodybuilding training. I was trying to do both but it wasn't the best. I've been enjoying reading up and watching content related to these Upper/lower and full body splits. I decided to make my own and start a log out of it.

Stats
Age: 27
Height: 184 cm
Weight: 75kg

GHK-CU 2.5mg ED

Calf raise 2 sets

Push/Quads
Nautilus press 2 sets
Pec dec 2 sets
Nautilus shoulder press 2 sets
Lateral raise 2 sets

Yes i know my calories are low, but i will be ramping them up. I'm also coming off of tirz 5mg per week. I think i will keep 4mg per week in until my calories are high enough to not need it. Any advice would be so helpful as i'm still learning

@Oths good start to this man. I think that if you put on lean muscle mass, you'll stay lean the way you are and you'll also look more full.

Brother you need to increase protein for sure. But i like your approach with adding calories slowly as needed. Dont just thrash heaps in at once and smother yourself. You will just spill over and lose insulin sensitivity.

Definitely more protein though bro, especially with such low cals and your current setup. Your semi starving yourself at this stage and compromising muscle mass.

Get protein up toward 200g and this will immediately help with satiety as you reduce the tirz.

A lot of people will say your macros are a little too low but I disagree. I think you can definitely do more with less. @Oths I look forward to seeing what kind of progression you have.

Thanks bro! Yeah it can definitely be confusing man. I watch some people say most people overconsume protein, others mention 1g per pound of body weight vs 1 pound per lean mass. For me personally i can handle slowly upping the cals each week while others might need to jump to maintenance and sit there for a bit.

Ill probably increase to 180g next week. Thank you for the advice!

So lucky to be at a good gym for once bro!

@Oths good start to this man. I think that if you put on lean muscle mass, you'll stay lean the way you are and you'll also look more full.
Yeah definitely feeling small compared to these mass monsters on here haha. Thank you brother!

You're doing great so far on this log. These are some good pictures. You have a lean physique. Don't view that as a negative; you view it as a positive. That means you have room to fill out. @Oths

Nobody is going to have the same diet strategy. That's just silly. That's why you got to experiment.

Exactly bro. I'll always stick to whats enjoyable over what could be considered optimal but half ass it.
Yeah these social media influencers who think it's their way or the highway crack me up. They're so stupid.

Most of the time they say stuff, then 6 months later a study pops up saying the opposite, literally can't win bro :ROFLMAO:
yeah then they double down
