Planned rest day from the gym today and the day off from work. Had a lot going on today. Had to fit so many things that needed doing when you just get the one day off, not much physical activity but got a lot done, some grocery shopping, meal preps, attending some appointments for kids and doing completing some tasks needed around the house. A productive day, and some decent rest for the body.
Diet
Macros: 1,699 Calories, 243g Protein, 81g Carbs, 40g Fats.
Meal 1: Protein shake with coconut water, omelette.
Meal 2: Chicken stir fry with bulgur wheat rice.
Meal 3: Chicken breast, rice, salad and corn.
Snack 1: Mango greek yoghurt
Snack 2: Light greek yoghurt, strawberries, blueberries, walnuts.
