Last Bloodwork run end of Cut (December) had everything in the green.
Finished up at 77 kg around 8 or 9%
I’m not out here to compete. Rec bodybuilder who enjoys the challenge and physical/mental journey of lifting and bodybuilding while trying to stay as healthy as I can.
Question to put forward, is adding in GH beneficial to finish out the growth moving into a cut? I understand it’s a long term situation at a low dose, is 1 or 2 IU going to have any real effect on fat loss / sleep / metabolism / something I’ve missed or would I be better off looking at a Mots C / NAD or similar combination?
