Still fairly new to this game, consider me a student trying to absorb any knowledge from the vets or anyone willing to contribute.

Question to put forward, is adding in GH beneficial to finish out the growth moving into a cut? I understand it’s a long term situation at a low dose, is 1 or 2 IU going to have any real effect on fat loss / sleep / metabolism / something I’ve missed or would I be better off looking at a Mots C / NAD or similar combination?

Welcome! Looks like you’ve got a decent grasp on what you’re doing.

You don’t figure your e2 is too low with all that eq and aromasin as well? Interesting

IMO, GH at a low dose is good for anything and everything. It just makes everything better. You really can’t go wrong.
 
Running similar dose of masteron in the past still had e2 higher than ideal range hence the ai. My understanding is that mast limits the aromatizing more so than EQ so I’ve kept the aromasin in.
We see different people have different results. I had 0 ai effect from masteron and the combination of high e2 and the dht caused me terrible body acne. Quite a few have crushed their e2 with eq though. But not everyone. I haven’t tried it yet

Interesting!
I guess everything “feels” fine, that hasn’t caused any urgency to pull some blood work.

In saying that I’m more aware of high e2 sides rather than what to look for when e2 tanks.
Will run these bloods and share up as they come through 🙌

Nice work brother and welcome! Yeah i feel gh still will provide benifits at this stage even around the 2iu mark

Carefull with this brother, eq and mast have very different responses when it comes to their relationship with e2.

Having a look at your current protocol i strongly erge you to get some lcms bloodwork done and see. You may feel fine but you could also be leaving a heap of benifits and gains on the table with hammered e2. Just food for thought brother 💙

Welcome to Evo brother. Really need to see your bloodwork before I can comment on where you need to go next. Eq affects people differently as has been outlined by my esteemed brothers so that would be a take it slowly approach.
GH is always a good thing at 2iu as @Allupfromhere and @toddthelineman have already mentioned.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us
