try to have high protein if you cant do diet at least protein barsYeah havnt really been able to stick to my diet recently due to medical appointments and moving. Still been eating clean ie steak and veg. Been using acai bowls post workout to boost glycogen back up especially if workout finishes around lunch. I got 2 weeks till i put house on the market as part of seperation.
Will be doing my best to get back on track this week.

This morning also did 45minutes 16% incline 3kmh treadmill. Ave hr 120bpm

good bp levelThis morning got 30minutes treadmill 16% incline 3kmh. Before having to pick little man up from daycare. Then got 20minutes sauna. Grandma is watching him now so time for a nap. More food before working on this sick bodies back.

Im also getting better at destressing. Started to mellow a little and sleep is improving. Average 6.5hrs a night last 7 days. But does take 9 hours to get it.
