@Chupapi7847 good job hitting a nice workout going into the weekend. Feels good to get it out of the way with a nice pulling day.What’s going on it’s been an excellent week this week for me and I closed it out with the same energy I kept throughout the week. Late start to the day today as I slept in ate breakfast and took another nap so I was hella rested and ready to kill today’s lifts. After last nights dose of ai my water is more under control and those few pounds of water weight are gona and I’m sitting back around 200 again let’s see how it holds through the weekend though. Everything is feeling pretty good no issues which is great. Food noise is down today helped I slept half the day away and have been busy getting shit done the rest of the day so no time to be hungry. Today was the last lift of the week and today’s pull day is pretty intense so I’ll be enjoying my rest day tomorrow.
