A TERRIBLE night, in a sense.
The toddlers are both sick, and the wifes well into day 4 of a migraine,
So there was alot of awake periods over night πŸ’€πŸ’€

Not much happened during the day,
Just waiting for myself to get sick now 🀣

I finally got my blood results,
To which I posted separately earlier.

Work was a slow slog, nothing happened at all.

3 days weekend starts tomorrow,
Hoping to get a decent bedtime tomorrow and good sleep going into Saturday.

Increased Reta again to 4mg see how this goes, Probably wont go any higher than this.

Update to the Cycle for the next 12 weeks,

That was a night to forget for sure,
Half spent on the couch half in bed,
Just under 4hours total sleep.

Wife + Kids sick + late bedtime due to work is chaos,

Somehow didn't die during the morning,
Took a tactical approach and smashed about 25g Creatine and doubled up on Slu-pp-332,
Toughed it out made it to get a coffee then suffered a few more hours whilst the wife tried sleeping off day 5 of the migraine,
Got onto some pain meds that FINALLY took the edge off and took her back to just a headache. (Small wins)
I then crashed and burned and had a 80minute nap,

All this obviously meant I missed all 3 of my gym sessions this week,
But I was going to have a deload week anyway,
So not all is lost.


And then both the wife and I cruised through to the bedtime routine for the kids,
With an early night for the both of us.

Here's to a delightful weekend (I hope)

That was a night to forget for sure,
Half spent on the couch half in bed,
Just under 4hours total sleep.

Wife + Kids sick + late bedtime due to work is chaos,

Somehow didn't die during the morning,
Took a tactical approach and smashed about 25g Creatine and doubled up on Slu-pp-332,
Toughed it out made it to get a coffee then suffered a few more hours whilst the wife tried sleeping off day 5 of the migraine,
Got onto some pain meds that FINALLY took the edge off and took her back to just a headache. (Small wins)
I then crashed and burned and had a 80minute nap,

All this obviously meant I missed all 3 of my gym sessions this week,
But I was going to have a deload week anyway,
So not all is lost.


And then both the wife and I cruised through to the bedtime routine for the kids,
With an early night for the both of us.

I signed myself up to run the Half Marathon that just happens to be in town tomorrow,
Let's see how this goes.
Aiming for 1h46m-1hr50m finishing time,
Check in tomorrow to find out how close, or far from the goal I land. πŸ™

Going by todays shakeout run and how my HeartRate and body responded, I'm well recovered and ready to go.
The shake out run is basically just a 20-25minute run at a much slower pace than you're aiming to run,
Finished with 4x 20ish second strides (faster than race pace) / 1min slow jogs to end.

Weird night of sleep,
Kid came in just as I fell asleep,
And then I just couldn't fall asleep properly for a couple hours, body was really hot.
But we survived.

Sorted myself out for the morning,
Went and picked up a friend and off the the race event we went.

Race went pretty well,
Managed to feel it out the first couple KMs, then basically held true to pace for the next 18km until I brought it home a bit faster. (Will post KM splits also.)
Was aiming for 1h46m to 1hr50m,
And to my surprised crossed the line at 1hr44m09s,
Body honestly felt amazing, well fueled, well hydrated,
No issues with my knees whatsoever.

Then went out for a bit of a late brunch,
Picture shows only 1 Pancake but there was a second one they brought out after (they stuffed up the order)

Weird night of sleep,
Kid came in just as I fell asleep,
And then I just couldn't fall asleep properly for a couple hours, body was really hot.
But we survived.

Sorted myself out for the morning,
Went and picked up a friend and off the the race event we went.

Race went pretty well,
Managed to feel it out the first couple KMs, then basically held true to pace for the next 18km until I brought it home a bit faster. (Will post KM splits also.)
Was aiming for 1h46m to 1hr50m,
And to my surprised crossed the line at 1hr44m09s,
Body honestly felt amazing, well fueled, well hydrated,
No issues with my knees whatsoever.

Introducing Clenbuterol 40mcg a day,

HGH unfortunately has been dropped due to a supply issue but working on sorting that out.



Wife had a hell of a day with the kids, (mainly the eldest ones)
So gym was put on hold again post work,

Helped out with the kids gave her a rest,
Was going to go to gym after they all went to bed,
But decided to just stay the night in and spend some one on one time with the wife,
Been a rough time of late for her,
So was definitely needed instead of going to the gym, the gains aren't going anywhere.

Weird night of sleep,
Kid came in just as I fell asleep,
And then I just couldn't fall asleep properly for a couple hours, body was really hot.
But we survived.

Sorted myself out for the morning,
Went and picked up a friend and off the the race event we went.

Race went pretty well,
Managed to feel it out the first couple KMs, then basically held true to pace for the next 18km until I brought it home a bit faster. (Will post KM splits also.)
Was aiming for 1h46m to 1hr50m,
And to my surprised crossed the line at 1hr44m09s,
Body honestly felt amazing, well fueled, well hydrated,
No issues with my knees whatsoever.

Then went out for a bit of a late brunch,

Got home from work, and straight into Dad mode,
Wife had a troublesome day with her migraines again,
So got the kids off to their football training,
But unfortunately couldn't make it to mine.

These migraines are getting really frequent of late,
And obviously starting to take a toll on everything,

10mg actually doesn't do much for me, (in that sense anyway, have even trialled 15-20mg, helped a bit pump wise, but nothing sexually. (Guess it works fine normally 🀣)

Toddler for whatever reason when going to the toilet lifted the lid off of the Toilet cistern,
