i am having problems sleeping lately, was checking the old n2sleep formula but it's not around anymore :( sucks, anything you can recommend me for pure sleep? just knock out darn sleep, i really want to rest and get my head together after all this tren insomnia ive been having all the time
 
I have written about sleep so many times on here... instead of looking for something to take try and eliminate what you are doing wrong

no caffeine after 2pm
a nice bed/pillow/quiet/dark environment with clean sheets
yoga/meditation before bed.. works amazingly well
don't sleep with pets or with someone who snores keeps you up

trash your tv/computer in your room
 
Melatonin and Valerian root can help with sleep, but I highly recommend running GW if you are on Tren. It helps tremendously with Tren side effects

these are also very good suggestions. Seems so obvious too but I guess not to everyone.
 
Melatonin at least 1.5 hours before going to sleep. Then I take Prami half hour after I take the melatonin. Seems to do the trick for me.
 
As far as supps go melatonin, valerian root, GABA are prob your best options. These aren't enough for me personally so I'm on prescribed trazadone but I wouldn't recommend that route to anyone that doesn't have a regular issue with insomnia that doesn't respond to other options.

Melatonin is something to look into.Im not big on using them because you gain a tolerance.
 
valerian root has been making me sleep like a baby. Just started taking it once a day late in the afternoon and my sleep has been significantly deeper and better

if you are quiet about it then it shouldn't wake her up.. put some paper towels in the jug so there is no noise .. hahahaha!

Good stuff right here Steve.. Especially trash computer and or TV in bedroom. Your bedroom is for sex and sleep.
