Legs, pull and checkin

Weight - 84.95, missed one of the days due to not sleeping.

Did a mad leg session with a mate after a night shift, on no sleep. Didn't track, just went for it.

Pbs on standing ham curls (35x18) and low leg press (100x23), at least. Lots of volume. Mad pump. No groin issue.

Stayed up to get my meals in and so I'd actually sleep through the night, otherwise would have been well under on cals.

Great workout. Supine chest press destroyed chest again. Will become a staple now. Increase weight on first set next workout, to fail under 10 reps.

Need to increase weight on first set of db lat raises. Have taken all momentum and body English out of movement now, with increased reps.

Experimented with a new tricep movement, see how they feel after today.

Starting to notice recovery is slowing, all round just sore. Change to p/p/L, and progression a factor, but think I might be getting close to a de load. Will update coach on checkin.

Moved pull/legs around, so did legs yesterday. New strategy to try and keep leg days as far away from jits days as possible leading up to jits
