As you can see cutting out drinking and getting on a macro plan certainly worked for me! About 5 more weeks left of my cut till I feel ill be ready to go for a maintenance for a bit. Then start a test cyp 500 a week. Can't wait to start a log for you guys!

Thanks man, yeah obviously a two years ago (left) i was beating a dead horse with the drinking and working out. Pretty happy where I'm at on that time frame. Just really want to get as lean as possible before I start putting on lean mass for years to come. Did the old jump on cycle last winter when I was too high of a body fat and of course was a water buffalo lol. Doing it right this time. All about learning. This is a marathon not a sprint. Sometimes ya got to make mistakes to realize it.

100%. The tortoise catches the hair every time. If you have average genetics, building a great physique just takes time. I placed 2nd 6 times in a row before finally winning my pro card.

Incredible before/after photos. If it wasn't for the tattoos - you wouldn't believe it was the same person.

i've talked a lot about how horrible alcohol is

also i want to point out to others that i am assuming you already had muscle memory from earlier in your life. someone who never worked out before isn't going to have those results in 5 weeks. so for you it was a combination of your body/muscle memory and cutting out the crap and getting serious

i hope people are realizing that

Haha wish that was from 5 weeks! Nah that pic was a year and a half ago a month after I stopped drinking.

Sorry should have been more specific. Implied that with what I said to muskate earlier in the convo. And thanks Trevor! Means a lot coming from ya.

Well done man. You were pretty lean to begin with but in pic 2 I see some nice abs, some shoulders and a nice chest going on there. Keep up the good work!

Great job man. This is the part that is addicting.......when you start to see real results. Once you do that and understand it takes time for results, you stick with it.
