Still running Test E 750mg NPP 300mg and 4iu GH as always thanks to the guys
@Core Pharma once again.
I am maintaining weight at 116kg fasted however I am feeling a bit water loaded and I’m thinking of cutting back test a little and possibly adding some EQ or just swapping it out altogether with the NPP help bring down estrogen keen to hear anyone have any thoughts on this?
Here is today’s menu not much has changed being that a I am at home and can have access to everything I need.
Meal 1 - 300gm egg whites + 2 whole, 120gm oats + peanut butter (Annnnd Black cofee with honey ).
Meal 2 - mass shake
…. TRAIN….
Meal 3 - 140gm cornflakes + protein shake (immediately when finished training).
Meal 4 - chicken breast + rice + bbq sauce.
Meal 5 - protein shake.
Meal 6 - turkey rissoles + baked sweet potato chips + salad + cottage cheese for flavour.
Pre-workout stim + creatine + glutamine
Intra BCAA + pink salt.
NAC
L-arginine
Nattokinase
Tudca
Shilajit
Glutamine
Fish oil
Magnesium
Ashwagandha
I did added Betaine HCI to my vitamin stack to help me with digestion and the bloating when I’m away at work but to be honest it hasn’t helped much so I’m not continuing with it. So I have put the Ashwagandha back in to help me with fluid retention. Again if anyone has any other suggestions please let me know.
