Approved Log 52 years old - Testosterone Anavar HGH Cruise Cycle Log

I really liked the last time I ran NPP from @Core Pharma so im going to be running that again with the test base and I will look at adding in maybe primo but definitely Winstrol towards the end.

Primobolan there is no more around @Tamas get some winstrol with eq instead.

I'm about to finish my swing away at work be going home in 2 days can’t wait to get some good food into me I will put up a diet post in the next couple days from what I have been eating while out here this trip 😬

No push ups mate I used to do them as a finisher so will keep in mind might start adding them again to end the session

I’m home in another week and I’m going for bloodwork then will still be looking at running test 750, npp 300, 6iu hgh, 40mg anavar all thanks to the awesome guys @Core Pharma.

I haven’t been doing much lately I was doing 30mins fasted in morning. Now I just try to compensate pestering the wife in the bedroom but not much luck 🤣
sounds like your cardio sessions are shorter than your wife’s patience :P, maybe time to bring back that 30min fasted before she files a complaint! @Tamas
 
How do you maintain your dosages when flying in and out like a big dose the day you fly out from home. Or you carry it with you as that would the inconvenience with FIFO?

Currently not on cycle only running 300mg test will make an effort to post next one the amount of help and knowledge on evo is unbelievable!

True 300mgs is a cruise do drop down to 120mg for upto 3 months a year but do run a cycle here or there. Training is pretty simple 3 workouts Back/biceps. Legs/ core. Chest/ triceps All 5 exercises 5sets of each rep range 15 to 20. 1 day on one day off rolls over weekly. Diet 4 meals clean eating rice, eggs, kimchi, avo, salmon, legumes, protien powder and some dairy here or their pretty simple. That's why I love browsing logs like these look at this champion 52 jacked training and eating like an animal

Appreciate that mate @Rechoogs it can be challenging doing FIFO but you will learn to adapt depending where you work you can get prescribed trt which you can take away with you and if you want to sneak in a few extra compounds do it. I doubt you will get much hassle unless you’re working in a gold mine where bag searches happen. The only other challenge is dieting but you will also figure that out as you go.

You don't need to drop to 120 imo I think 300 is a good sports TRT :D

Cycle looks solid, test and NPP will keep you strong and full with the var hardening things up, and 4 iu GH just rounds it out. At 115 kg holding size while running a bro split you’re in a strong spot to grow into it. :D

Back session looks clean and balanced with full lat coverage. Keep pulldowns at 4x12 and add 1 heavier main set next time for 8-10 reps. progression.

I am maintaining weight at 116kg fasted however I am feeling a bit water loaded and I’m thinking of cutting back test a little and possibly adding some EQ or just swapping it out altogether with the NPP help bring down estrogen keen to hear anyone have any thoughts on this?

Here is today’s menu not much has changed being that a I am at home and can have access to everything I need.

Meal 1 - 300gm egg whites + 2 whole, 120gm oats + peanut butter (Annnnd Black cofee with honey ).

Meal 2 - mass shake

…. TRAIN….

Meal 3 - 140gm cornflakes + protein shake (immediately when finished training).

Meal 4 - chicken breast + rice + bbq sauce.

Meal 5 - protein shake.

Meal 6 - turkey rissoles + baked sweet potato chips + salad + cottage cheese for flavour.

Pre-workout stim + creatine + glutamine

Intra BCAA + pink salt.

NAC
L-arginine
Nattokinase
Tudca
Shilajit
Glutamine
Fish oil
Magnesium
Ashwagandha

I did added Betaine HCI to my vitamin stack to help me with digestion and the bloating when I’m away at work but to be honest it hasn’t helped much so I’m not continuing with it. So I have put the Ashwagandha back in to help me with fluid retention. Again if anyone has any other suggestions please let me know.

Cutting test slightly or swapping some for EQ makes sense to ease the water and e2, but keep NPP steady while you adjust. I would get more eq and stay on test if you can.

if you aren;t running an ai you'd have quite high e2 i'd imagine could definitely start adding in some eq rather than an ai

Still running Test E 750mg NPP 300mg and 4iu GH as always thanks to the guys @Core Pharma once again.

I am maintaining weight at 116kg fasted however I am feeling a bit water loaded and I’m thinking of cutting back test a little and possibly adding some EQ or just swapping it out altogether with the NPP help bring down estrogen keen to hear anyone have any thoughts on this?

Here is today’s menu not much has changed being that a I am at home and can have access to everything I need.

Meal 1 - 300gm egg whites + 2 whole, 120gm oats + peanut butter (Annnnd Black cofee with honey ).

Meal 2 - mass shake

…. TRAIN….

Meal 3 - 140gm cornflakes + protein shake (immediately when finished training).

Meal 4 - chicken breast + rice + bbq sauce.

Meal 5 - protein shake.

Meal 6 - turkey rissoles + baked sweet potato chips + salad + cottage cheese for flavour.

Pre-workout stim + creatine + glutamine

Intra BCAA + pink salt.

L-arginine
Nattokinase
Tudca
Shilajit
Glutamine
Fish oil
Magnesium
Ashwagandha

I did added Betaine HCI to my vitamin stack to help me with digestion and the bloating when I’m away at work but to be honest it hasn’t helped much so I’m not continuing with it. So I have put the Ashwagandha back in to help me with fluid retention. Again if anyone has any other suggestions please let me know.

@Tamas i'm surprised you haven't added some proviron to this. it will really work good at helping the cycle run more smooth. even just 10mgs a day

You look big and lean in those pics, and the size at 116 kg is holding strong! @Tamas :D
Cutting test slightly or swapping some for EQ makes sense to ease the water and e2, but keep NPP steady while you adjust. I would get more eq and stay on test if you can.

@Tamas 750 test would have be extremely water heave. I think dropping the test down would help.
