Lads,

Bit of advise.

1st time ive ran a course of injectables.

My currently running a course of Test Cyp and Bolderone. 3ml a week of each

My drinking 3-4 lites of water a day, taking Vit C via a whole lemon squeezed in a pint of water, and taking liver and organ defender tablets.

Im 3 weeks into the course, i had a few spots of my back which i can live with. But over the weekend ive had some of my face, one of which is akin to mount everest. Its one angry mo fo!

Ive change soap to none chemical, none perfumed - simple its called. And ive also started taking 10mg Zinc.

Is there anything else i can do or take to prevent these spots on my face.

Not take steroids. It hits some more than others.

to be honest, i when out on friday and had a "skin full "of alcohol, i dont normally drink. I think alot of this could be down to that?

Daily cleaning and exfoliation.

In the night use a serum with Glycolic, Retinoic or Salicylic Acid or a combination between them. I like La Roche Posay and Sisley.

If your acne is severe, seek a dermatologist to prescribe topical solutions with antibiotics.

Go to your doctor and ask him to write you a prescription for a topical acne cream. It'll be 10x stronger then anything you can buy over the counter. Because it's topical it won't effect your liver
