adex help

i ordered some adex to run with andropen 600 and dbol. they came in 2mg capsules.. i taking a capsule 1-2 times a week ok or should i split them up into seperate caps and take something like .5 eod?

Adex has a 3 day half life so taking it 2x a week should really be fine.

it would be better to take it every other day but you can do it that way as well... are you not estrogen sensitive though? thats a cycle that is going to convert to estrogen at a higher rate and aromasin would be a much better option unless you just not estrogen sensitive at all

2mg of arimidex twice per week is a lot of arimidex man. Unless you are super estrogen sensitive I would cut that dosage in half.

I would break open the capsules and pour the contents into a small dinner plate. Add 1/2 the powder into a small bit of applesauce and eat it every 3 days

don't over dose an AI ever

nobody is a psychic and can tell you the perfect AI dosage. you need to figure it out on your own and you can use blood work as your blue print. check my signature on how to get bloods

Most people will do ok with .5mg EOD as their dose. It can vary from person to person too so blood work is key. You have to learn your how your own body responds to aromatizing hormones.

ai doses that are recommended are just general baselines or averages... everyone has a different response to estrogen and you have to figure out what works best for your body... steve may not be estrogen sensitive at all and then maybe mobster is and then maybe masonic is kind of with certain compounds and then maybe i am sensitive more so etc... we are all different is the point... so we all have to figure out what works best for each of us

i probably dont get bloods often enough but im not super sensitive to the estrogen.. this is actually the first time ive ever used an ai. figured with the long esters and dbol itd be a good idea. but i never really needed an ai with any previous cycle but i have only ever run test, tren, masteron, anavar stacks
