Hi all, getting back into training and have some weight to shift, new to Peds and trying to get my head around the amounts to take and how often.
I am 51 190 and 135kg, 110kg of lean muscle mass. Will be training 6 days a week and food is carnivore diet.
If i can get advice on the below

CJC1295 + DAC 10mg & Ipamorelin 10mg

GLOW70 Bpc 10mg Ghk-cu 50mg TB-500 10mg

Good mix you’ve listed, but you’ll need to map it to a real structure before using anything. With that much lean mass and a carnivore setup, recovery and insulin sensitivity will be solid, so the combo of CJC with Ipamorelin and low-dose retatrutide could actually work well for fat loss while keeping strength. The glow stack can help tissue repair, but dosing depends on your pin schedule and if you’re running it daily or split AM/PM.

Haven’t seen your log in a while. What’s your current setup looking like training wise and how’s your diet holding up on carnivore? Would help to know what your week and recovery look like before locking in dosages.

@JasonM50 that is a good lineup for sure. but man it is PRICEY. might want to consolidate things a bit to save some cash unless you are rich

this is overkill. i would dial everything in. literally taking bpc, ghk and tb500 is solid enough. i wouldn't even bother with nutrobal

cut your CJC 1295 & Ipamorelin, they do the same things essentially by increasing cortisol to Release GH at the hyperthalamus. MK will do the same thing.
BPC and TB is good for an injury and healing tendons and ligaments.
SLUPP and 5 Amino is relevant for lower body fat percentiles. Once you get to a lean 10% or so you will see more out of those.
IGF lr3 is something you can try at a local level preworkout. But it’s not actually IGF1.

Consolidate - HGH will Take over majority of these compounds
NAD + NAC can be used for mitochondria biogenesis but you need active and healthy mitochondria for this to apply - Carnitine is your best friend here.

Not sure who advised you on these compounds. I sure didn’t 😉

you need to do homework on each. take it one at a time. don't over do things

reta you want to start at 1.5mgs a week. after 3-4 weeks you can gradually increase
