Hi all, getting back into training and have some weight to shift, new to Peds and trying to get my head around the amounts to take and how often.
I am 51 190 and 135kg, 110kg of lean muscle mass. Will be training 6 days a week and food is carnivore diet.
If i can get advice on the below
