I sitting on some leftover gear from my last couple of cycles, mainly Anavar and anadrol. I want to run these as a bridge but I don't see.much information about stacking the two. Help here guys what is the best way ti stack oxandrolone and anadrol for recomp

The best way is to only use one. Personally I wouldn't ever touch and oral only cycle but people do it everyday so my advice is drop the Anadrol and run the var for 5 weeks

Bridging with anavar or anadrol isn't a good idea because they are suppressive of natural testosterone production. The whole point of a bridge is to hold on to gains while not suppressing natural testosterone production between steroid cycles. If you are bridging with suppressive compounds - you basically aren't coming off and your body won't recover.

I would bridge with SARMS instead. Such as the SARM triple stack: http://www.evolutionary.org/the-SARMS-triple-stack-protocol

After the triple stack, run a mini PCT. 4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
n2guard at 3 capsules/day

SARMS are minimally suppressive, there is no risk of aromatization (therefore no estrogen related side effects) and legal to use. You can get everything you need off sarms1.com, n2bm.com and ag-guys.com

After the SARM triple stack and mini PCT, you can start your next cycle. Use the anavar or anadrol as kick start to the cycle.

They would actually be terrible for a bridge because you would be shut down. I would suggest bridging with sarms as Muskate lays out above. That way you can still make some nice gains and feel great until your next cycle.

I am already starting to get tired of telling people - the sole fact that you have some left overs, or have some single compound, does not mean that you are obliged to use it. This is yet another case of those. First of all, it is absolutely a terrible idea to combine anavar and anadrol. Secondly, it is an even worse idea to use steroids for bridging. The point in bridging, is to use something mild that will allow your body to have rest, and yet keep your muscle mass. Steroids will keep stressing the body, and will cause a lot of health issues. If you want something to bridge with, then go with SARMS - they are minimally suppressive, and yet they do a great job of maintaining lean mass, burning fat, and enhancing your performance.
