Both will work. You just need to make sure if you get it in a liquid that its legit, like others mentioned.

There is bad liquid out there as well as bad and faked tabs/pills. AG Guys is 100% good to go though

it just depends on if the liquid is dosed properly bro... if its dosed properly then there won't be any difference but that's hit and miss dependent upon the company...
