Beginner Brother
So i finally have my full cycle and diet planned out just need some help from people to see how it is
STATS
Height: 5'8
Weight: 165lbs
4 Cycle complete
Cutting cycle:
Week 1-8:
Test-P 30mg ED (200mg weekly)
Tren- A 50mg ED (350mg Weekly)
EQ 400mg Weekly
Week 9-12 maybe 14 still unsure:
Test-p 30 ED
EQ 500-600mg Weekly
Mast 400mg weekly
** Last couple weeks ill use Winstrol
** Clen is used 2 week on and off tapering up to 120mg a day throughout whole cycle
DIET
1800 Calories a Day
Protein: 250g
Carbs 100g
Fats: 42g
CARDIO
3 times a week at 300calories per session
PCT
Will be using the PERFECT PCT CYCLE on here
Also obviously using Adex 0.5mg E3d and Caber 0.25mg twice a week.
Anything i can improve on here? Should i do Fasted cardio? just honest opinions thanks.
