balls shrinking post cycle again

When I ran my cycle my balls shrunk up like raisins. the girl i am banging told me she thought my balls went back up (whatever that means), well she likes chewing on them so she isn't too happy. during PCT they came back and after i got bloods and i recovered fine. problem is now my balls are shrunk up again even though my numbers are good. why?
