Nice TD! Always good to hear the positive feedback and the pic looks great.
Sometimes Basicstero adds in free gifts such as the extra strip of orals.
It is just random -- If the warehouse has some extras or something that has some small error such as a missing pill or not properly aligned backing foil (small cosmetic errors or missing/broken pills etc. that do not effect the actual compound's quality), they may add the extra item in as free gift on some orders.

I have to admit, the quality of the packaging is excellent! No shade to Ultima Labs, of which I have a lot of gear, but Pharmacom packaging is much better. Heavy stock paper for boxes, embossed logo, paper insert with instructions, and even the vial cap has an embossed logo. Really nice work, gives me a lot of trust of the quality of product. Better than some of the pharma gear I got from my TRT clinic.

Good job on making a Rolls Royce product! I don't think I'll buy another brand from now on!
