No. The simple reason for this is that BCAA's are only three so called essential amino acids (which means your body can't produce them by itself) but there are 9 essential amino acids altogether. So my question is why would you want to get only three of them?
Either spend your money to EAA supplements or eat real food.
BCAA's are pushed in the supplement industry cause they are completely legal to sell and cheap... just like protein powder. neither will ever be illegal so they get pushed to death and the guys that use them are usually those skinny 20 year olds with bird chests wearing the wife beaters
I use them and love them! Now I do not rely on them for anything other than helping fuel my workouts. I eat enough whole food to meet my nutrition requirements. I also use them during fast to preserve muscle loss.
