if you found someone in the desert walking who had been lost for days would you give them a BCAA? of course you wouldn't.. the first thing you would do is get them to a hospital where they can hydrate and rest. THAT is what you need post workout. this myth that you need some special supplement or to slam protein after a workout is BS pushed by supp companies
I definitely agree with Stevesmi and Masonic, food is your best option if nothing else just get some decent protein into you doesnt have to be BCAAS I used to be a Nutritionist and supplement store owner. BCAAS have their uses but not required after workout.
