Been about 3 weeks after SARM cycle

I did 4 weeks of Nolvadex and the last 2 weeks I also did Clomid.

Nipples are kind of puffy and a bit sensitive, not worsening but also have not done bloods yet either.

Not experiencing tiredness or anything else either. What should I do to remove the puffiness near my nipples? No real symptoms other than slightly sensitive nipples to hot or cold and slight puffiness.

What did you run on your cycle? And how much for how long? Where did you source your SARMs from? Sounds like you've developed a mild case of gyno or a flare-up.

4 weeks
8mg LGD and 20 mg ostarine

PCT was Nolva for 4 weeks and the last 2 weeks I added in Clomid

Nolva was 25mg a day then cut it on 2nd week to 10mg
Clomid was 25mg for first week, last bit was 12.5mg

Reputable source.

No tenderness, no lumps just sensitivity to cold and it seems like they're more prominent through my shirts now as well, but may be mental thing lol.

Should I just do bloods then take something or take something then bloods

That's really weird. Unless this is all in your head, which it could be, it does sound like mild gyno. Considering that SARMs do not aromatize into estrogen, I'm wondering if one of the compounds you took had pro-hormone in it. I could be wrong, I'm interested to see what some of the more experienced guys around here say.

You need to get bloodwork done to know for sure. SARMS do not aromatize into estrogen and carry no progesterone related activity so you can't be experiencing gyno from your SARM cycle.

If you have naturally high estrogen levels, using a low dose AI will solve the problem. You will want to use a suicide AI like aromasin or liquidex AI from n2bm.com because they won't cause an estrogen rebound when you discontinue usage and will increase free testosterone levels.
5mg EOD of aromasin or 1/2 the recommend dosage of liquidex AI would be good.

Were your SARMS in pill form, or liquid? I still think that you might have used some fake SARMS....in any case, blood work would be the best way of knowing what is happening and the best steps to take from now on.

who was it? I bet you took pro hormones and when you took nolvadex you got a nasty rebound. not good at all

we preach on here that most sarm's out there are really pro hormones. people think we just say that to be difficult, but its the truth. this industry is as crooked as a barrel of snakes

I would get blood work for sure. SARMS do not aromatize into estrogen so unless you took capsulated sarms which were most likely pro hormones, than you should not get gyno.
