I know most use AAS for bodybuilding and physique but does anyone here do powerlifting or strongman training? What’s the best way to add serious strength. I’m not strong by any means, been overweight my whole life and training les than 3 years. My bests are 435 deadlift, 290 bench, and 345 squat. Those should be going up once I get over this low back strain. Just recently did a bet squat 275x10.
