the domino effect can get you in trouble

2. guy keeps lifting
3. it gets worse

5. the issue feels better initially
6. after a couple months problem gets worse
cycle repeats again
don't get into this never ending cycle, you should REST that bicep for a bit. let them body repair it. use n2jointrx, maybe some ostarine/LGD. and then you can come back again stronger
