Bicep tendonitis

I’ve dealt with it before and got my own ways to try and help treat but curious what others do or use?
 
the domino effect can get you in trouble

1. guy starts developing the issue
2. guy keeps lifting
3. it gets worse
4. they start using anti-inflammatories cause the 50 year old perma bulker at the gym suggests to do that
5. the issue feels better initially
6. after a couple months problem gets worse

cycle repeats again

don't get into this never ending cycle, you should REST that bicep for a bit. let them body repair it. use n2jointrx, maybe some ostarine/LGD. and then you can come back again stronger
 
Ice and rest.

I had it and tried to lift around it and just got worse and worse.

Literally was a burning pain up my bicep and started to mess with my shoulder. Not fun. Ease up, focus on cardio/legs and do minimal work targeting that area.

Keep volume down too for the exercises that cause pain.
 
REST and ICE for about a week ... see how you feel..... if still shitty ... go see a doctor .... I wouldn’t just jump into sarms and peptides right away til you have a clear picture of whats going on
