Results from my most recent bloodwork, currently running 300 test, any tips to bring down E2 without using adex? Will be taking vit b9 and b12 for blood thickness, retest in 4 weeks.

I use aromasin and it works great. But maybe you don’t even need that much test. What else you got going on? What’s your diet and training like? How’s your other health markers? Good do you FEEL?
Training and diet are good, 6x a week and currently on maintenance calories prioritising home cooked whole foods. Feeling pretty good, no gyno or bloat. How do my bloods look otherwise? Just running test atm.
Other health markers pretty within range, these were the only things that were standing out.

I think they look reasonable for what you are doing. My e2 would be higher at that dose without aromasin. Primo is also working to completely avoid e2 sides.

Thanks, I am going to be running b12 and b9 to bring down blood thickness. Will retest myself in 4 weeks to see how things are going. If only I could get some primo 😆

I do have aromasin on hand though, would it be good to bring down e2 levels? Or should I just keep it there as I'm feel pretty good.

You need b12 and most likely methylfolate - your MCH and MCV are high most likely from a deficiency, I would order that blood test, for e2, you can either lower test, use an AI or try dim and calcium d glucarate, but I dont think that would be enough
Should I aim to get my e2 within range? I've heard that there is also a ratio for free T and e2 levels when on test

I heard that too, and I no longer believe it. I feel better in range. You’re double the range rn. When I’m double the range I will have nipple sensitivity, and mood swings. These things aren’t benign. And those are just the things you can feel, other things are certainly happening in the background. At that level of e2, my blood pressure might be elevated significantly

There is, but honestly, that ratio says that you would be okay up to 350+ but you wont, I would absolutely get it range - dont ignore those RBC numbers though, thats a big too deal; for blood thinning nothing will do that reliably but donating, curious why you think you need it, try high dose fish oil would be better than b vitamins

Low hanging fruit here is to either reduce your dose or increase injection frequency. What is your body fat percentage? And are you experiencing any e2 related side effects? Elevated e2 isn't always too terrible.

Have you not donated blood? One never heard of b vitamins for that. They can alter your sleep so be mindful. B9 is niacin right?

RBC numbers are in range atm, I probably don't need to donate anything atm. I'm not too sure why they didn't get my hemocrit, as I requested it along with IGF numbers that arent there.

My mood is probably not as stable as what I would like it to be. I am injecting 4x a week atm, bodyfat is at 14% currently. What would you reccomend?
