bloodwork help post cycle

I am wondering what you all do for getting your bloods done. do you go to the lab, the doctor? clinic? pay through insurance or out of pocket. my insurance does not cover it unless i go to the doctor first. also need to know if i go to doc do i tell him i'm on steroids and what to use?
