Hey guys. I was planning to take Cardarine but I read that it decreases fast twitch muscle fibers, and overall just decreases explosiveness. As a basketball player, that is the last thing I need. Is this true or am I fine to take it? I was thinking a lower dose of 10mg a day.

To keep explosiveness, would it be beneficial to stack Cardarine with something else? Thanks guys for any advice you have!!
