What is a typical cycle for Cardarine?

If a subject was taking 10-20mg / day for 8 weeks,
what is a recommended break period?

If Cardarine was stacked with another compound
(such as SR 9009) does the cycle changes or it
stays the same?

The recommended dosage of cardarine is 10-20mg/day for 8-16 weeks. Since cardarine is not a hormone you theoretically don't need to take breaks from using it but I personally recommend taking 4 weeks off in-between each 8-16 week cycle.

The cardarine dosage stays the same whether you use it by itself or stacked with other SARMS.

i use 10-20mg a day depending on how rigorous my day will be

I like to run 20mg per day for 12-16 weeks at a time. Depending if I am using anything else or not. Since it is non-hormonal you don't really need a break at all (from the sense of recovery/shutdown). I do like giving the body a break from anything you are taking though. I think 4 weeks is a good number.
