I wonder what's the best cereal or the healthiest to consume when dieting, I love the chocolate balls but they contains lots of sugar, and I started dieting a week ago so I need to pick the best foods, thanks.
 
No cereal is great. If you MUST eat cereal - plain rice krispies or original cheerios are your best option as those two do not have any added sugar.

Cereal is a major rip off. Just get plain instant oatmeal. It'll be 1/10th the price, way healthier and provide way more nutrients.

You can eat instant oatmeal just like cereal. Pour on top milk, almond milk etc and have at it. If you want it sweet, add in berries or use a calorie free sweetener like stevia.

Muskate covered this, I just wanted to add.
I'm not a fan of Instant Oatmeal.

But Trader Joe's has an Organic Old Fashioned Oat, that cooks in 3 Minutes or Less in the Microwave.
You can probably find something similar at Whole Foods.......................... JP
 
cereal with milk is for 10 year old kids. tons of sugar and comfort food. you won't lose weight on that or gain muscle sorry

at some point you need to start eating like an adult. a proper breakfast is 2-3 humane friendly pastured eggs with runny yolk, raw sauerkraut, half a bowl of raw oats, and maybe a piece of fruit like an apple or banana.
 
Cereal. Ahhhhhhh. I can honestly say i love it. Don’t eat it often but love it. Maybe use as a cheat meal?
