Hey so my question is does timing make a big difference when it comes to eating 6 meals a deal to bulk?

Does high and low gi foods play a huge role depending on your workout timing?

Reasons for asking these questions is to prepare for my second cycle 12 months test 1mg,deca 300mg 10wk,primo 300 mg10wk to prevent as much water as possible.
ive seen the diet examples if your about to send me the link.

and one (optional if you can answer) random question does sleeping at a consistant time also make a huge difference on your hormones because i get acne, and i try to prevent it asmuch as possible?

It takes 8-10 hours for your body to fully digest and assimilate a meal that you eat. Worrying about having to eat every 2 or 2.5 hours is nit picking. Try to space your meals out throughout the day evenly but worrying about eating one meal 15-30 minutes sooner or later then you are supposed to is nit picking. Try to eat every 2-4 hours to maintain stable blood sugar levels and a constant flow of amino acids in your blood stream.

Getting in a regular sleep cycle is very important. Your body wants homeostasis and thrives on routine. Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time each day. Shift work and constantly changing your sleep routine is very hard on the body. Lots of studies have shown that those who work shift work have much poorer health then those on a regular sleep schedule.

Your cycle looks good but I would lower your caber dosage to 0.25mg EOD. Besides that everything else looks great.

I agree with Muskate, don't worry if your Meal Timing is off a bit.

If you want to worry about anything in a Diet ~ concern yourself more with getting your Daily Macros met.
This will serve you better in the long run.
To that end I would suggest using a Tracking App like Myfitnesspal, to take the guess work out of meeting your Daily Goals.

And getting to Bed at the same time or as close as possible is extremely important.
This affects your "Brains Circadian Clock", which will effect many Hormones............................ JP
P.S.
Actual Time to Digest a Meal is estimated @ 6 to 8 Hours.
But will vary a little person to person.
This small excerpt is from the Mayo Clinic.

about six to eight hours

Digestion time varies between individuals and between men and women. After you eat, it takes about six to eight hours for food to pass through your stomach and small intestine. Food then enters your large intestine (colon) for further digestion, absorption of water and, finally, elimination of undigested food.Oct 30, 2012

If you are getting 6 meals per day I wouldn't worry too much about timing them exactly. If you were only getting 3 it would be a different story. It is beneficial to have lower GI carbs before training and higher GI carbs after training but as long as you eat something you will be fine. We can get very picky when we look at every detail. That is what makes if fun sometimes though!

Counting the time to eat your food by minutes is a bit fanatic already. Just make sure to leave enough time in between meals, and you will be perfectly fine. There is no need to eat with so much exactitude.
